"Fantastic service & location "

"The hotel is well presented, clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and services available to guests. Things not normally offered at hotels such as a games room, a bar with a shop, nespresso machines in the rooms etc. Even a gym and sauna. My only issues were that despite the later checkout than most hotels, housekeeping still came in without warning 2 hours before we were required to checkout. Also, the hotel is large and while there are 4 main lifts, they are tiny and so it takes a while to get a lift, and then longer to get to the floor you want as it keeps stopping. Other than that we had no issues. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were pleasant. We made use of the luggage storage which was helpful too. Overall would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again if i was ever in brussels as the location as well as all the other things i mentioned were great. "

"It is not fancy or large rooms but very clean and the best location - right at the train station and free shuttle to downtown every 20 minutes 7am - 7 pm. We love Bruge and will be back"

"We loved our stay at the Hoxton. Booked a roomy corner- amazing views and very fun, cool design. Breakfast was delicious and bars were nice in evening (go to rooftop bar for fab views) Easy to walk to Grand Place etc. A great stay! "

"Close to both train station and Grand Place. Across the street from the Stock Exchange building. There are many nearby restaurants and places to shop. A bit noisy at night."

The front desk staff ( from check-in to check-out and everyone in between), every one of them were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed them. Thank you for making our stay so peaceful and excellent. The hotel is next to a metro station and most tourist spots are easily accessible. Hotel has all the ameneties and more. "
