The Hotel was dated and upkeep was low. The overall cleanliness of the common areas werent too bad, but there were times were the floors and hallways would stink due to the water they used to clean the floors. I had two rooms, one of them smelled like mold and was very moist. Had maintenance come to look at the temp and he cleaned out the air conditioner which had black sludge pouring out from the inside...meaning we were breathing in mold spores. The balcony door wouldnt lock and needed fixing as well. The room still stunk like mold and asked a second time to have the room switched. The hotel basically did not want to give us a new room and said the maintenance guy would have to have a look at it again...but they never sent the maintenance person. Very unaccommodating!! After booking 8 nights, we left after 4 and went to another hotel.

Pool no shallow end. Bar service very haphazard. Food generally not as good as we have had elsewhere and not very imaginative . We had a great upgrade to our room which was splendid.Hotel full of young Canadian girl footballers not ideal and at times seemed like the Marie Celeste

Poor experience overall, not 4 star!
The floors of the room was very dirty and there was a trail of ants through the room when we arrived. The toilet did not flush and we had to lift the lid off to flush it. When it did flush it would run for hours. The hairdryer unit was not secured to the wall and the unit with the holder fell off when trying to use it. There was no fan in the bathroom which resulted in the whole room being humid. I scraped someone’s gum off the bathroom floor. Breakfast was poor with cold coffee and either overcooked or undercooked items. It was difficult to find a place to eat at breakfast and we often had to find our own utensils, place settings and glasses. When we found glasses there was no juice or water left. There are better places to stay in the area and the hotel should do better!

Laid back hotel less than 3 minutes to beach
One if the few hotels open during winter season and I have stayed here before so happy to be back. Checkin easy with covid sanitise station in major locations through hotel. Choice if continental breakfast or cooked eggs and bacon, nice selection but it’s the same everyday si could get bored with it. Diner was buffet selection of freshly cooked fish or meat with salads and cold meats. Outdoor pool was too cold but the sister hotel 100m away has gym and pool fur a small fee. Beach cafes and restaurants are less than five minutes walk away with a wide variety of reasonably priced resturants with 2km or five minutes drive. Nice beach walk or wooden broadwalk / typical promenade to end if beach 3.8kms in both directions - nice evening walk with beach bars open even in winter

Nice hotel in good location. Friendly staff and great pool. Room was clean and comfortable, but the walls are paper thin and could hear the neighbours next door. Even so, l would recommend it.

One night in Benicasim
Zone night while exploring north of Valencia.Desk clerk very helpful when I asked for a larger room as there were three of us she gave us a family room with bunk beds as well as two twins .No extra charge.Breakfast was included and there were hot and cold choices and good variety.Swimming pool area was also nice and private.

Quiet and relaxed.
Had a great holiday in this traditionally Spanish hotel. Both hotel and resort is refreshingly different. Don't expect fish and chips or a full English breakfasts but rather delicious local foods.

Hotel Pyrenees in Andorra La Vella - Nice place
Very nice hotel, pretty central in Andorra La Vella. Nice food, nice staff and reasonably priced. Would have been good to have a hair drier in the room though.

Close to beach.
It is very close to the beach. I didn't explore much just a quick overnight. I stayed there because they advertised a washing machine but they don't sell soap and it was Sunday so I couldn't buy any anywhere. I ate the buffet dinner and regretted it.

We were delighted to stay at this resort like hotel. We could walk to the beach to to different dining spots. We only stayed one day (we were passing through).

Intur Bonaire - Pretty good
Good for a place to stay. However in spite of the website there is no gym and indoor pool on site. These are at neighboring Intur properties. Next time will try the orange or the Voramar.

Great hotel...pity about the football team.
Great hotel in a very good position close to the beach. Staff helpful and friendly and room was fully equipped and large. Bed very comfortable and sumptuous breakfast buffet. The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is the fact that a Swiss football team that were having a training camp, were also in residence and they were NOISY! Up and down the corridors until 3am.The hotel staff made no attempt to keep the noise down. Not the biggest of problems....and I'm sure a booking of 20+ for a week outweighs a couple staying for 1 night. Anyhow, this wouldn't stop me from staying again or from recommending the hotel to others.

The Hotel is nice. It has a pool, is not far from the beach. You must walk only 3 min until the beach. The air conditioner didn’t work, but like the wetter was comfortable, that wasn’t a problem for us. They make nice food. All the personal stuff are friendly and carefully.

Underbart hotell med bra parkerings möjligheter, vilket det inte är på många hotell och nära till stranden, som är lång grund. Enda minus poängen var att det inte fanns svart kaffe s.k. cafe americana. Det gick att köpa i cafeterian, men i gick inte i frukost buffen.
