Nice place just be wary if booking conditions
Mum and dad had a lovely stay confusing on the fact had to pay on arrival when wanted to lay up front but that got sort after a lot off phone calls to hotels .com

Overall stay ok, communication about check in was none existent. We turned up at 15:10 and there was nobody on the desk and nobody answering the contact number provided. Had to head out to a bar with all of our luggage until after 17:00. Shower needs better means of keeping the water inside the shower.

It's an amazing place to stay bigger than most in benidorm, great staff receptionist are really friendly, house keepers really nice, great supermarket next door easy walk to new town bout 10 mins

The apartment was good value and the friendly staff did everything to make us feel welcome etc. We thought it might be in a "quieter" location but building works opposite(June 2022) added to the noisy neighbours (lager swilling lads) in the Rio Park next door. Not the fault of MichelAngelo of course.

Good place to stay away from the hustle And bustle
Third stay here for two nights. Basic but comfortable. Great views from balcony overlooking the sea. Five minute walk into Old Town. Very reasonably priced at€100 for two nights for two people. asked for high room and given a good room on 7th floor. Staff were both friendly and helpful.

Inexpensive and good location. These apartments could be improved with the addition of a few basic additions such as a toaster, bathroom storage/shelfs, hooks for clothing and an ironing board. .Towels changed only every 5 days and you have to empty your own bins. Washing machine needed English instruction guide. We missed English TV especially a news channel. Good location for the Old town and a good supermarket close by. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good value for money
Friendly and accomodating staff. Well equiped kitchen, separate laundry area; air conditioning and outdoor pool. Large supermarket plus a bar next door plus one. Would happily stay again.

Lovely little 1 Bed apartment. A little dated but everything we needed for our overnight stay. Only 1 criticism, the pillows are as flat as pancakes 😁😁. Absolutely nothing else that anyone can moan at. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and lovely too and we even managed to squeeze our car into the little yard and park for free. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice apartments in a good position.
being decorated at the moment so couple of little issues. Please put signs up saying wet paint. especially by the lifts. staff very friendly and helpful. apartments a nice size. Will be better when parking is again available. Excellent position for centre of Old Town.Staying again next month. Only other comment,the aparthotel next door is very noisy. But it was mainly youngsters staying there.

Close to beach and nightlife. Room was basic but expected. Pool was quite dirty and isn't filtered so didn't tend to go in it. Couldn't fault the value for money though would stay again.

The apartments were ideal for a 2 night stay for 4 of us, situated between the old and new town. We did feel the deposit of 150 euros in cash on arrival was a little excessive, to be given it back the next day as we were leaving the next morning before reception opened, without checking the condition of the room. Bizarre! But all in all would stay again.

Basic accommodation.
Very basic but good enough if you only want a bed for the night. Not on a bus route but only 20 mins walk into old or new town. Do not use if you expect a full hotel experience.

Me and 3 friends decided we'd like to sample the delights of Benidorm, so we booked here for one night. We had free parking outside the hotel which was a plus, although there are only a few parking places. The apartment was large with a large balcony. Very good value for money. The hotel is needs updating but it was clean. I'd stay here again, if I wanted another cheap night. It only worked our £12 each for the night which was a bargain. Nice location for old town, bit of a walk to the main strip. Free Wifi was also a bonus!

Just there for one night. Great for us as dog friendly but you'd never know dogs allowed as rooms are very clean and fresh..

No Air Conditioning and No Service
NO air conditioning. No fans available. Had to buy one. Room not cleaned once and towels not changed in the five days we stayed there. Reception staff unable to cope. Pool too small and no facilities around it, no umbrellas, no anything. Won't be back.

Close to old town
Hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, apartments are a good size, but they do not supply anything for wiping down kitchen surfaces or drying pots, so if only staying a couple of nights it's pointless going out and buying some.They look like they have started to update the apartment's ours had a new kitchen in. This is a well placed budget accommodation with limited parking, the staff are great. I recommend this place to my friends.

Very disappointing experience.
I had booked for one night. I had a very reasonable rate, When I decided to extend my stay, management wanted to charge me E16/night more. The room was cold and the kitchenette was not well equipped. I moved to El Trebol apartments (one block away) for the rest of my stay, and what a difference that was. The staff were very friendly and informative. The apartment was great, and if cost me only E2/night more than my original reasonable rate.

Excellent considering the price
The staff were the beat thing about the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms aren't great but 7 of us paid e12 per night each, all we did was sleep there so was perfect for what we wanted. The pool was very quiet also

Stay was only overnight but ok. No air con so all internal doors and windows were opened to allow flow of air. Apartments very clean but no other service available, but was not expected. No kettle to make tea/coffee but used a small saucepan. Would stay here again for a short stay, nice small swimming pool.

Location was good. Wi-Fi only downstairs in the reception area and no a/c in the apts on the higher floors which made it so hot. No breeze at all. They should at least put in fans.
