Perfectly pleasant hotel. Most staff were pleasant and friendly although one staff member was a little sarcastic when I asked about a coffee. Although they were still pleasant overall. Rooms are nice and clean but the lighting in my room was too dim. At night it was very difficult to see in the bathroom at all, and the main room was quite dim too. Some brighter lighting would make the rooms much more useable. My room Was at the rear of the property and with the window open there was a lot of noise from the main roads, but that is the trade off for a hotel in a good central location.

Nice Modestly-Sized, Very Well Located Hotel.
It's a perfectly serviceable hotel in what I consider to be a very convenient location. The staff are pleasant and effective, the breakfast is quite tasty, and the rooms are decently sized, modern, and very clean. The fact that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning is a bit of problem, and I imagine it's going to become even more of a problem as time goes on since the old "well, they have huge windows and it never REALLY gets the hot in northern Europe anyway" line simply doesn't hold true anymore in any predictable way. I mean seriously: woe unto you if you end up staying here for several nights during a genuine summer heatwave. But during the fall, winter, and spring I think it would be an unquestionably good choice for pretty much anyone looking for a nice place stay in Berlin.

Great location in Schöneberg. Walking distance to U Bahn, shopping & more. A little confusion from the front desk person when I arrived & he said I hadn’t paid for the room. Took 10 min. for them to realize it was paid through Expedia. Free breakfast was a nice perk. Wish it started a little earlier. Great stay, would stay here again

To be honest, there was nothing to complain! We enjoyed our stay at Artim very much. The location is very convenient to go anywhere; the area is interesting with some nice bars and restaurants; the people were really friendly; the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We will definitely recommend and go back again.

Located in a great part of town with easy access to tourist sites via U-bahn, S-bahn, bus and foot. Breakfast each morning was better than most. Nice variety, spotless dining room area. The housekeeper who cleaned our room and replaced towels, sheets and basic toiletries was also exceptional. Her happy smile and heartfelt welcome each day made this trip better than expected.Staff fluent in English, Wi-Fi throughout hotel, I'd stay there again

Hotel a bit far out from the city centre
Hotel restaurant staff very rude could not even say good morning I ask the dark haired girl for another cup it was like how dare you speak to me , never had such poor service from restaurant staff , the internet would not work again asked but got told at reception do not understand , there are table and chairs put outside in the morning and taken in at lunch time there is no bar in the hotel and if you want to sit outside you just cant , it was very warm and there is no air con but they did supply fans . The hotel is situated in the gay part of the Berlin .

We had a great time in Berlin. It was a bit hot but thanks to a fan from the Artim it was doable! Our stay coincided with CSD and that just added to the excitement.

Very nice location. The breakfast buffet is small but nice. The only thing bad was that they might clean a bit around the bed. I dropped a coin on the floor and look under the bed: it was very very dusty.

Clean and very centrally located hotel
Aside from a few facilities advertised on their website not existing ( they advertise having a bar and restaurant. They don't! They also mention Mini Bars in all rooms. This is incorrect, but there is a fridge in each room) this is a clean and modern hotel. Perhaps lacking in any personality though. Staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Great location, with excellent restaurants close by.

Nice hotel and breakfast. Unfortunately the man at reception asked us to pay the full price of the hotel again and it took us 15 minutes to convince him we’d paid already through Expedia, even showing emails and receipts. He was not very understanding and kept demanding payment even though the money had left our accounts already. In the end it was sorted and he finally accepted that we’d prepaid.

Nice hotel in Schöneberg District of Berlin
Conveniently located to Schöneberg, and reasonably priced. Friendly desk employee offered to upgrade my room on check-in for free. Upgraded room was large and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Worth the money
We’re are backpacking around Europe, we arrived early and wasn’t able to check in due to the hotel being full, so we were able to leave our backpacks and go explore Berlin. That was nice... The hotels room was very clean, very nice, the check in process was simple, and the desk attendant during both the day and night was friendly and helpful. The best thing though was the complimentary breakfast, very fresh and you have several options to choose from like sausage, bacon eggs, cereal just to name a few. They really have quite a bit to choose from. The location was close to public transportation. I recommend this hotel to other guests

Good hotel central in Gay District
Stayed here whilst in Berlin for the marathon. Room was nice and a decent size (lighting and decor a wee bit dark for my taste). Comfy bed, good shower, well appointed. Our room faced the street but we didn't notice any noise as it doesn't seem to be a main road. Hotel is handily placed for U-bahn and handy for getting round Berlin. Breakfast buffet was included which was very decent. Hotel was busy with marathon runners and it was a nice touch that the breakfast buffet was opened at 6am on Sunday for the runners. Couple of good restaurants nearby. I'd actually rate at 4.5 but Expedia doesn't give that option. I'd use this hotel again.

Perfect location next to Schöneberg
Perfect location to stay in the Schöneberg area. I was visiting Berlin for pride and it was right next to the parade and some of the parties. Also really close to Wittenberg station, so you can catch the train anywhere you need to go. The room was large and lovely. High ceilings and lovely view of the street. The staff were friendly.

Good hotel in the right location for gay mens to visit gay Berlin. Make sure you use VPN for WiFi, this will helps to unblock the throttle of speed and patch signal.

This is NOT a hotel anno 2017 - wifi for 1 device and 1 device only! Two smart phones: NO, a smartphone and a laptop: NO.... -- only 1 device. Hotel without any sense of reality. Never again for me!

I stayed at the Artim hotel which was located in a great location. First disappointment, very small shower. If you are an American beyond 130 pounds, you will not have a good experience in the shower. The restaurant and bar they show you in the pictures? Sorry, only open for breakfast. You can't go in there during the day and they don't server other meals nor can you sit down to enjoy a cocktail. Deceiving pictures. My main complaint was the bed. It's like a 6 inch foam mattress on a hard surface. I woke up every morning and tossed and turned all night of discomfort. Finally I was so exhausted I had to change hotels for the last 3 nights. When I checked out they didn't offer me a refund on the remaining nights I paid for or anything. I heard management has changed, so maybe the 4 start rating was before the changeover. Not a happy camper here.

great room, had a nice view of the city, had a great breakfast, front desk called me a taxi that came in under 2 minutes. great neighborhood, easy to walk to a few subway stops.

It is not possible to have a so bad WiFi service.
The WiFi was a great deception I stayed there for ten nights and the speed at room 104 was slow every day and stop to work constantly. If you need to work with your Lap Top forget about this Hotel. I measured and shown to the staff the speed download 5 M and upload 0.5 M and latency around 500 ms. It is impossible to get a nice connections. In the end, after several discussions they told me that the guilt for the bad services was Vodafone. Just to remember I stayed there for 10(TEN) NIGHTS.

Great Hotel - Book it !
Nice Hotel in the heart of gay area. Good breakfast even when hangover :p Good wifi and 3 Tube lines around, close to shops. I would book again at Artim for my next Berlin trip. Only bad thing is the lift way too long, but thats not a big deal.
