Great location, but below average service for a 5-star hotel. At 11am, waiters would pull our breakfast plates away from our hands in a rude way in the lounge, staff entered the room at night twice by mistake believing we ordered room service who h we didn’t- had to put the key lock on to avoid staff entering our room while we were sleeping (crazy!!), most times when we called reception, nobody answered. When I asked for s rest in the lounge as my 5-years old didn’t want to come upstairs and I wanted to bring water downstairs, I was told that common practice is that every guest must come upstairs to the longer and they cannot get me a tray. The restaurant downstairs was completely empty while a queue of 20+ people waited to be seated and the waiters didn’t tend to them.
I can go on and on.
We stayed several times over the past 8 years at the hotel. Because of the location.
But the hotel desperately needs new management and new staff.
