Our only complaint was the evening meal which we found to be poor quality and over priced. Very poor value for money. However breakfast was much better

We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for a week and had a great stay from start to finish. We originally booked a superior room, but when we arrived the lovely front desk staff who checked us in offered a studio for not much more per night. The studio was so spacious and comfortable, I can’t thank the staff enough for offering this option. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were lovely and we thought the food at breakfast and in the Kitchen & Bar was very good and convenient. Overall a great stay!

Very beautiful hotel with kind staff. Loved the dining, bar and cafe options within the hotel. Fitness center also well equipped. Only problem was room was very warm.

Good place to stay. Nice comfy beds and clean and airy rooms. Areas that could maybe be improved are quality of dining options on an evening and the A/C in the room didn’t seem to work any different no matter what setting the thermostat.

X-mas week in Berlin
We had a very comfortable stay - everything is new and clean, very good breakfast. The only issue is that there are no restaurants, bars, cafes closer than 15 min walk.

Single male, stayed three nights. This hotel is top. When you see a pilot with that face of tiredness probably from a transatlantic flight staying in there, you know resting is paramount...It is also beautiful inside the room, all modern, clean, spacious, bed is great. King bed I selected was a true king bed. Not two beds together. The lighting of the room so cool. When I was there, because of the winter I would say, it was sort of empty which I love it because no noise. I slept like I sleep at home. That is a big statement coming from me, a person who is a really light sleeper that uses ear plugs ALWAYS to try no to wake up by noise. Location is great. And the subway station is like 5 minutes walk. I arrived late at night and seems like a good area, did not see sketchy people. The breakfast is great. I ended up eating there every morning because good selection and food is fresh. Convenient as well before heading out. You can not go wrong with this hotel . If you do, you need help, lol.

The hotel was really good. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff with good english, making it easy for us, they held our bags after check out, so we couldgo out for the day until our taxi arrived. Rooms were spacious, clean and bathrooms the same. Breakfast was very good, with a range of hot and cold choices. Good location, if you don't mind walking, we walked everywhere and found berlin easy to navigate using google maps. Very pleasant stay.

Loved this hotel. Newly renovated from top to bottom. Great rooms of a good size with very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice quiet area but still only 20 min walk from some tourist spots. The hotel itself is quiet with no thin walls or floors. 2 minutes from spittle market tube stop. Breakfast good quality and with a good variety and of course lovely staff. Only negative this is a residential/business area with no restaurants and bars in immediate area. Only a10-15 min walk however will take you to several.

The property condition is excellent. Walkable from Spittelmarket railway station. The rooms were big enough and one of the best i stayed in Germany. Breakfast was good but repetitive and got bored by 4th day of stay. The staffs were excellent and very helpful. Many attractions are at a walkable distance, like check point Charlie. The others with an hop from nearby bus and train stations. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and i would be back for my next trip. The only negative was the Breakfast waiter make you write your room number and the tip amount before you proceed. That's kind of annoying and bullying.

I recently stayed at the property (September 2023) and was very impressed by the hotel 🏨 and its staff. I would like to point out Vladimir Castro at the front desk. He is very welcoming and engages you as a new friend versus someone he recently met. The Breakfast staff were also top of the line. In addition the property is a 4 mins walk to the UBahn station Spittelmarkt and 15 mins walk to Check Point Charlie. Excellent property from housekeeping all the way through the organization. When I visit Berlin again there is no other place I would stay.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott is great! The room and hotel are very clean; the facilities in the room are very new, and the daily room service is wonderful. The transportation to get around the city is pretty easy. I highly recommend this place to stay when you're in Berlin!
