This is definitely NOT a four star hotel as advertised. I was looking for a place where I could get extra help if needed and this place was a bunch of old apartments with zero wheelchair assistance

Family visit & Christmas markets
Service was great. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, with everyone speaking very good English. The free water & beer was great & the Christmas gifts left on our door on our last day was an excellent touch. Great location with everything accessible via the underground station, if needed to travel a bit further. However, some things need a bit of attention. The bathroom suite needed upgrading & some days there was a strange smell. During our 7 day stay only one lift was working. Would definitely recommend this hotel & definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Berlin.
