The receptionist Daniel was the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with and I stay at around 90 different hotels each year. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you will be in the area for leisure.

Horrible apts
apts Nena are one of the worse apts I’ve every stayed in .cheap shabby furniture. Pillow to bad to talk about .overall a disaster so I’ve you looking for an apt in Berlin do not go to them .

Spacious, calm and peaceful. Outdoor temperature was around 20c during our stay and apartment felt perfect during this. It would have been handy to know exactly what kitchen equipment to expect (e.g. no glasses, cooking spatula, wooden spoon etc) so we could have come prepared. Otherwise, no complaints - would definitely stay again!

The apartment was plenty spacious for 4 of us. It does have a kitchen but no oven. It was great that laundry facilities are in property and free of charge. The check in was flawless and the staff was very nice. All that being said, the beds and pillows were absolutely terrible. And I mean terrible. The master shower leaks all over the floor. Definitely could use some cooking utensils. We had to do a lot of improvising in the kitchen. This place is 5 mins walk from the train and about 15 minutes from grocery store.

Property was great, we would stay again.Very clean and well managed. Quiet. Lidl a short walk away to stock up. 5 min walk from tube but so much to see/do within walking distance also. Lovely park across the road to chill out in and watch the sunsets. We happened to visit Berlin in a heatwave (38deg!) so air con would have been nice but those temps were unusual. Great place to stay.

Perfect
This apartment was comfortable, modern and very well situated. The building is very pretty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is near Jannowitzbrücke, Märkisches-Museum and Heinrich-Heine Straße which provides great U-Bahn and S-Bahn connections to pretty much anywhere in the city. Our trip was a mix of cultural and clubbing - so this worked great.

Great apartotel in Mitte.
Gerat location especially for our daughter. Park and museum nearby. The only negative is that the kitchenette was too small and not well organised. Pots and pans were hard to reach, plus no spoons or spatulas, etc. Typical stuff used to cook

Real pleased with the location andthe property itself was lovely. The pics on Expedia are deceiving as the apartment was smaller than expected. Its very clean and very close to the U-bahn and Museum island

Excellent location in newly renovated apartments, spotlessly clean, beautiful building facility with very good security features. All the basics we needed were provided and the building managers were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Super clean and in good location. Would recommend. The only issue I had was communication. My TV did not work and I did not get a reply from the hotel re how to fix the problem

Will be great when renovations finished.
This is going to be a lovely place to stay. Currently renovating which was a bit inconvenient but the staff were very helpful in navigating the confusion. It just got a bit noisy.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem riesigen Gebäudekomplex und besteht aus mehreren einzelnen Appartements, welche über einen gemeinsamen Innenhof erreichbar sind. Die Appartments selbst sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich; ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu beigetragen haben auch die vielen indirekten Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, die den Raum noch gemütlicher machen. Das Badezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Regenfunktion; die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Topf, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Das Doppelbett ist bequem; für 2 Personen, die sich nicht sonderlich nahestehen vielleicht aber etwas schmal. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sowohl am Telefon als auch vor Ort waren es sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gespräche mit vielen Tipps. Ein Late Checkout ist nach Absprache problemlos möglich, bis zu 2 Stunden sogar ohne Aufpreis. Man kann kostenlos sein Gepäck zur Aufbewahrung geben, bei der Abholung wurde mir ein Kaffee angeboten. Die Gastfreundschaft ging wirklich über das hinaus, was man sonst als Standard gewoht ist. Und ein letzter Tipp für Partygänger: Keine 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt befindet sich das Kitkat, einer der "wildesten" Clubs Berlins, insbesondere für Männer. Wer hier gerne feiern gehen möchte, ist in dieser Unterkunft bestens ausgehoben; und auch hier steht das Personal als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung :D Weiter gibt es Späties, Döner und Co in direkter Umgebung.

Für unserern Ausflug war die Wohnung echt super. Sie war sauber, aber sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet (im Bad gibt es nicht mal ein kleines Regal). Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man ist dennoch in 20 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz gelaufen. Würde sie wieder buchen :) Es gibt sogar einen kostenfreien Parkplatz ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.

Ein frühes Check In war möglich, doch wir bekamen ein Zimmer, dessen Bad fürchterlich nach Urin stank! Der Geruch war schlimmer als auf einer öffentlichen Toilette. Wir konnten das Zimmer dann zum Glück wechseln. Das neue Zimmer war sauber, bis auf ein paar Flecken auf dem Sofa. Grösster Vorteil dee Unterkunft: die Lage!!
