A well-located Apartment Hotel. We really enjoyed staying here. Great for families. The apartment is sizable for Berlin. We found it comfortable and convenient and the management was flexible and helpful. Would stay here again. Underground parking is available.

Our apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It was located close to most tourist destinations. The breakfast was good. It met our needs perfectly and I would stay here again.

There was NO air conditioning. Now, while I appreciate that during much of the year it’s not needed, I’ve never stayed in a place without it and that includes some marginal areas in South America and Asia. There was a heat wave in Berlin when we visited. This is a newer building. Never dreamed it would not have AC. The breakfast was okay. Much better in other European hotels where I’ve stayed in at least half a dozen other cities. The apartment was nice as far as size and location.

Not recommended for older couples - no elevator (3rd floor walk up) plus no A/C. Was very hot in Berlin and we missed the A/C greatly.

Great breakfast. Good sized room and comfortable bed.Thought I booked with elevator and ac but neither. Disappointed in that. Tub/shower would be difficult for some to get in and out of - could easily slip and fall if not very careful.

Great location, great accommodation.
Loved this place. We got there after reception had closed, but had prearranged the code for the keys. All good. Rooms were great, seperate bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Good breakfast. Location is excellent. Ten minute walk to Brandenburg Gate. Berlin is an easy place to walk too. Would recommend this place

We had a good 5 day stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in easy walking distance to some of the attractions such as the Reichstag building, the Brandenburg gate and not far from the main train station. There are a number of good restaurants close by as well especially on the river.

Wonderful Secret Hideaway inside the city.
After we finally found the front door (took 45 minutes) and after walking around buildings and finding locked doors everywhere, we finally got checked in with very helpful staff. Address and signs were either wrong or non-existent. And we were lucky enough to check in by 6 pm as they close reception and we would have probably given up without assistance. Great place, friendly, clean, and multi-language.

Very nice secret (really a secret) hideaway.
Very difficult to find entrance. Address is no help, as the address is for an adjoining building. Walking around is no help either, as the numbers and names are all on locked doors. The staff was very helpful in many languages at the garage drive-in speaker, but it still took 3 discussions to locate the entrance in a separate building within the center of a group of buildings a block away. Great place and wonderful people after solving the puzzle. Be careful about late check in. No lobby after 6 pm.

Quiet apartment.
The two room apartment was very quiet, convenient and exceeded our expectations. Good breakfast. Location handy to rail and good access to attractions.

Great hotel for families
Great hotel with huge rooms with great views from balcony. If you are traveling with toddlers this is a good choice. The breakfast is excellent and beds are comfortable. The hotelis downtown close to all major monuments of berlin.

Excellent apartments
We were in Berlin with our teenage son, and wanted somewhere to stay with a bit more space. These apartments are great, close to stations and attractions. Loads of places to eat nearby. Apartment was immaculate, really well equipped with separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and big living room. Had balcony that would be great in the summer. Staff friendly, good breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent- like having your "own place" in Berlin
Excellent. Opportunity to feel "at home," plus a break from eating out. Quiet, especially with a unit fronting a court. Nice location and neighborhood. Walkable from train station, and for many sites. Pleasant balcony. Good breakfast. Full service, as for regular hotel. For instance, we were pleased reception arranged taxi to airport.

Probably best for German business travelers
The apartment is in a good location, close to the Reichstag and a few blocks from an Ubahn stop. Rooms were clean and the balcony was pleasant. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony because it was almost the only location in the apartment to receive wifi. It was necessary to log in to the wifi repeatedly. Log in required filling in a tedious form with your full name and departure date. We were completely dependent on internet to arrange visits with family members and friends while in Berlin, so the lack of adequate wifi was a major inconvenience. The reception staff gave the impression they were working on more important tasks than hospitality associated with the apartment rentals. We arrived at 10 a.m. to store our considerable amount of luggage in the breakfast room and told we could return at 3 p.m. Upon return we were assigned to a room about 1/2 block away and up 3 sections of stairs. In the stairwell was a sign reminding us that it is healthy to climb stairs. Perhaps not while carrying 2 twenty kilo duffle bags while wearing a backpack. The shower in our unit was a hand held hose on slide bar attached to the wall above a curved bottom elevated tub, half enclosed with a sheet of plate glass. There were no grab bars, making exiting the wet tub especially hazardous. Beds were hard and short, and the massive windows difficult to open and close. Price was very good, so perhaps the inconveniences are acceptable for some planning longer stays.

Nice hotel/apartment reminiscent of Ikea
We were in Berlin for five days on vacation. This hotel was in a good location for us, being close (or close enough) to everything we wanted to see. The hotel looked like it had been furnished by Ikea, with everything clean and functional. Nice to have a full kitchen, even though we never ended up using it. WiFi was a little spotty, but no big deal. Loved all the big windows that could open either a little or a lot. Definitely enjoyed it.

Excellent Location. Spacious and Clean.
We booked a one bedroom with a sofa bed (in a separate living area) for a family of four. We also had a kitchen. The place is huge! So much room to spread out. Our stay here was at the end of a two weeks trip and having some space to yourself is so nice when you're together 24/7. It's clean and well kept. Having read other reviews, I knew that the hotel did not have an elevator. We were on the third floor but this was not an issue since we travel light. While we were there, the weather was nice so we opened the windows. However, I don't believe there is air conditioning. Breakfast was the usual cold foods - yogurt, cereal, cold meats, bread and rolls. They also had eggs. FYI - the 147 bus stops not far from the hotel - a 1 minute walk. The 147 goes to the main train station (hauptbahnhof) as well as to Friedrichstr subway station. If you get off at the Friedrichstr Bhf bus stop and look across the street, you'll see the Rewe grocery store. (You'll want to use the bus if you're carrying groceries). There is also the TXL bus to the airport that you can catch at the Karlplatz stop. Super easy. The hotel is only a 10 or so minute walk to the Reichstag building. So convenient - I would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend in Berlin
Well located in a quiet area, yet close to the Berlin train station, Brandenburg Gate,Reichstag Building and several other Berlin sights. The apartment was on the second floor, was large and very clean. Breakfast was great.

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Berlin
The apartment was ideal for me and my family. the kids room complete with toys and books made live a lot easier when travelling. The laundry in the large bathroom was a huge bonus and we managed to get everything laundered and ready to continue our trip (we were away for 5 weeks). The staff were really helpful and even called a maxi cab to get us to the airport to continue our journey. I would definitely stay again if we gat to Berlin again and would recommend to anyone.

Dieses Apartment-Hotel ist zu empfehlen.
Es war sehr gut, ausreichrend ausgestattet.Toll war der große Balkon und die Badewanne. Das Zimmer war in sehr ruhiger Lage zur Innenhofseite. Und das Zimmer selbst war gut isoliert nicht so hellhörig, wie es bei vielen Ünterkünften der Fall ist. Wir werden diese FEW bestimmt nochmal buchen.
