Two out of Three elevators were not functioning and the remaining one was VERY slow. There was no indication that there is a $35 parking fee per day- THAT was an unhappy surprise. The first room I was given had a broken lock- the replacement room had a very noticable series of lumps on the bed. The next replacement room also had a lumpy bed, but not as bad. After more than an hour and a half of going down and back up on the slow elevators I finally gave up and stayed in the third room. The menu in the hotel restaurant offered very few vegetarian options. The waitress, though, was amazingly warm and helpful. The experience at check-out was not good. I was told that because I used Expedia to make the reservation, they could not give me a final invoice. I insisted, and I got a "sort of invoice". All and all, I will never return to this hotel. And, I now have concerns about staying at any Hilton property in the future.
