"The room I was given was on the third floor. Building entry vestibule for second and third floors is small but manageable if you don't have much luggage. The room itself is a good size. The location is great for events at McCormick place, a short walk from a major bus route. The lightrail is easy to reach by walking or a short bus ride to the White Sox baseball stadium. "

"Service was horrible, room was never cleaned during our 3-day stay, we saw roaches, toilet kept stopping up, there was no ice machine in the common error, no iron and ironing board in the room, no coffee maker in the room, not enough pillows on the bed, manager was always missing from the front area, urine in the elevator, and there appeared to be illegal activity going on."
