Nice hotel...
The location of the hotel was good. It is a little farther away from the main area than I would have liked, about a 25 minute walk. In the other direction the beach is 10 minute walk. The room was clean and very small. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that did not provide toiletries other than soap. There is a Farmacia next door and I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner. The workout facilities are down the street. It's not that far but far enough not to use it. The people were all very nice especially Melissa in the restaurant. Free parking was great. Wifi is free but not very strong. Biarritz is wonderdlful and we will return but we stay closer to the city center next time.

Great stay - average size rooms and comfortable beds. Big Bonus to be able to use the Thalasso pool, sauna,hamman and facilities down the road. Would definitely stay there again.

Fresh hotel, easy check in, room quite spacious and was in good condition with good AC unit. Value for money and good fitness centre about 200 meters from the hotel.

In a lovely location on the outskirts of Biarritz. Parking was a bonus. Used just for one night but staff and hotel were welcoming. Room was functional but suited our needs. Great walk into centre of Biarritz along coast.

We madw a last minute reservation through Expedia. Got a deal and a small room. It worked for one night. Unfortunately unpon check we were checked in with a rude hotel staff. Apparently if you do not speak French your not welcomed. No bonjour, no welcome, had to ask for any information. Good thing technology handled the real transaction. Same thing in the morning. Not the hospitality recieved in Spain.

Standard and comfortable
Small hotel close to surfer Beach. Good vibes from The staff. Especially in the restaurant. The room is standard. Comfortable beds, bathroom spacious. Clean hotel overall but experienced some odor from toilets. Gym and spa doesn’t live up to the pictures but great with the facilities. Spa water to warm and salty though. Location wise we preferred this much more than in the center of Biarritz which was packed. Best beaches are around the hotel.

Easy parking. Close to the beach.
Nice place to stay.However we arrived around 8.30 and after getting showered and changed we found the restaurant closed and there was nowhere local or within walking distance to eat. The bar had limited refreshment. After driving for 10 hrs through Spain didn't want to drive into Biarritz. So went to bed very hungry. Thought hotel could have made a sandwich or something light.

Great views and friendly staff. The place could do with a lick of paint and the gym is only open from 8.30am which is inconvenient. Clearly more a family hotel more than a business hotel but perfectly adequate.

Great, clean hotel for stay near beaches/old town
We were here for one night on our way to San Sebastian Spain. This hotel was close to two great things, the beaches and the old town. The beaches were only about a 5 minute walk away and in a great spot, overlooking the ocean. It wasn't beachside, but close enough. It took us about 15 minutes to hit the old town part, with much more to see in the old town. We loved it because it took us into the heart beat of Biarritz, while allowing us to come back to a quiet part of town in the evening.

Not central but convenient
Good value for money hotel with nicely refurbished rooms. The 20 min walk to downtown makes this the ideal hotel when needing convenient access with free parking

A fairly run-of-the-mill hotel in walking distance of Biarritz. Nothing special about the hotel but the facilites were adequate for what we wanted.

Great staff. Comfortable room
We arrived early, the room was not ready so were offered coffee and sat and watched the Grand Prix in the lounge area. The staff were very attentative and helpful. Would definately return for a longer visit.

Great location just 3 minutes walk to the beach, room was fine but with poor views although there are better ones available. Spa facilities are located 2 minutes down the road and are good - the gym was very good.

Great hotel at a fantastic location. Only 10 minutes walk away from Biarritz centre and 5 minutes from a fantastic surf spot. The staff was great - never complaining about us dragging in salt water or even our surf boards and the room was large and comfortable. The stay was near perfect - apart from that we were flat-out refused a glass of champagne in the restaurant (we were told we needed to drink it at the very un-romantic bar/ waiting area)on the night we got engaged! And we couldn't even explain it in our best French (which is not great I admit) to the lady in charge of the restaurant that did not speak any English!

This hotel's location is 3km from the Grand Plage / central Biarritz, which was a positive for us, as given it is August there appeared to be 10,000 people on that beach. The beaches local to the hotel were 5 minutes away, and much less crowded. The hotel was nice, the room was comfortable, with a sea view angled south towards Spain. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, but on the local beaches where the beach fare was amazingly good. Wifi worked, the staff attentive and tri lingual-English,French,Spanish... A membership to a local health club on the beach was included, and was a nice perk for us.

Standard room was quite small and very warm, breakfast was expensive at 13 euro's, didn't use the Spa, checkout was good at 12pm. Reception staff efficient and helpfull. Wifi worked well. Hotel was close to beaches and 20 min walk to center. Bus to Mainline Biarritz rail station was outside the hotel ( line 10 and only 1 euro ( 2e for 24 hours )) also line 10 and 13 go to town center and Anglet beaches.
