"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat."

"Just returned from a 4 night stay - family of 5. Spacious apartment well equipped with lovely sea views. Lovely staff on reception desk made us feel very welcome and very helpful. Arrived 11 am and was able to leave luggage in storage so able to make the most of our first day.
