"We held our family Christmas here. 13 people, 7 adults and 6 children. We spent 6 days here. People played pool, ping pong, games, swam and we grilled outside. This house has everything you would in your own home! One day I hosted our huge family gathering of 40+people, plenty of room, it was nice outside and inside and once again everything is provided at the house. I would recommend this house to everyone. "We made it a girls weekend. We had 3 adults stay, but 4 to 5 could stay comfortably. We liked the history behind it and are into a little ghostly possible haunting adventure. The back deck was our favorite hangout. Its centrally located between St. Gen and Festus. Its a beautiful rurral area, but you aren't more thab 30 minutes from restaurants, etc. The owner was very nice and quick to respond and even left us snacks and homemade wine.
