The only issue we had was after multiple phone calls to the spa we were not able to book an appointment because they had no availability for 2 days. "Lots of areas for management to improve. We have been sick for almost 2 weeks! Noticed birds eating out of the bread baskets yet staff turn away. Also, smoking is out of hand at this property. People do not follow rules, smoking everywhere including in their rooms and staff do not enforce following designated smoking spaces. It was our first and last time at Riu. "

"The apartment was pretty much in keeping with the photos and the view of the sea from the terrace is exceptional. However the list of services said to be available, we're not or at least, were not mentioned to us. At most we were offered just 2 trips which could be arranged.
