"Gorgeous place but not really a well-being resort overall as everyone is allowed to smoke cigarettes anywhere they want including the restaurants which is very uncomfortable and not a good wellness experience. The staff was friendly but most of them don’t speak English or another language. Food was quite good. The pools were very nice but they do need to do maintenance and better upkeep. Music was often also too loud, expected more of a wellness ambience. "

"Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. The lady at the kids restaurant made an extra effort with my little one and he loved it- so that was nice. They should get proper life guards near the kids pool as...
