This was my first time spending a vacation in Bogotá. I have been to Colombia many times but never stayed in Bogotá. I thoriughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return in the future.

Convenient for business convenience for airport transportation. Super safe and caring about our safety. Staff was helpful and super professional. We stayed 4 nights and it felt like home.

Everything was Good until one of the nights power went off as we were on the jacuzzi tub and took a good amount of time to be restored and the next day there was problem with the water as it was coming out brown and we were with out water thru the morning. The Moni. Cooler in our room did nit work which was little inconvenience as i need it my insulin to stay cold. Transportation is always available and the restaurant is good just wish the menu for room service was a bit more choices.

They always need more staff working the front desk. Any person with common sense can see that you have lines of people waiting to check in and check out. They are getting cheap. 1 bottle h2o per stay, not per day.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location in Bogotá. It's a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. If I could change one thing it would be to have a microwave in the rooms, but the kitchen staff will heat something up for you if you need. It's walkable to a handful of good food spots and a grocery store. Overall a great hotel and my first lick when staying in Bogotá.

Bad service at dining. Didn’t serve food as requested. Steak cold and hard. Very noisy heating system all night. Ice machine not visible, had to go to front desk to find it. Hotel too far to the airport. Will never go back

The hotel is quiet and the the beds are very comfortable. My only complaint was that check in was very long. There were 5-7 people waiting and two people available to assist customers. Then, one Hotel employee left leaving only one employee to assist in check in. It was as if the employee saw all the people and intentionally left the one to assist all of us. It was very late, after midnight, and the time it took to check in was frustrating, especially at that late hour and after a long flight. Our check in assistance was friendly and helpful, but I felt badly for the work she was forced to do on her own. To make matters worse, her printer was not working and was constantly beeping,

My wife and I have stayed here several times and we enjoy the nice breakfast, shuttle to and from the airport, and relaxing at the lounge while having drinks. Great staff and very clean. We will be staying again in the future!
