The hotel is very clean. However, our toilet wasn’t working when we arrived and the hostess said there would be someone to fix it in a couple of hours. We went out for the day and returned that evening to still a broken toilet. We had to call the manager of the B&B and they said they would send someone over. We waited up until 11 pm for someone to come and fix the toilet. We were pretty much the only ones staying there. Why she just didn’t put us up in another room I’m not sure. The B&B included free breakfast but the hostess never informed us what or where the food was. We had to ask and she then informed us there was stuff in the refrigerator. We didn’t know if somethings belong to other guests or if they were for everyone to eat. The hostess was basically there to just check you in. Not very informative or hospitable.

Good value for money, but with a few issues
You get what you pay for at this small B&B. The room was small, but functional and clean. The shower was very powerful and the WiFi was high speed. The downside was that on arrival I was turned away by the cleaner as there was no reception staff there. Also, the b&b is in an apartment block, which felt a bit odd. The following morning had no receptionist either so no breakfast was laid out. I took a couple of bits fruit from the fridge and some packed biscuits. Also, my room wasn’t made up - not sure if that is the policy or the cleaner just didn’t turn up. For the second morning there was a receptionist and a much better breakfast - cake, fruit, yoghurt, coffee. Well located for all the main sites and took about 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. Maybe next time I’ll stay in a hotel or Airbnb, but Bologna isn’t a cheap place to stay so I can’t complain too much about this B&B based on the price.

Lovely city BnB
I only had a short stay here and it was great. Its a small modern BnB. Location is good, I walked from the station and I walked into the town centre. There are shops and restaurants close by if you don't want to venture too far. The room and facilities were all good. Breakfast was all nice and the owner was helpful and charming.

One night at Biocasamia
I was in Bologna for business. Biocasamia is a cosy place with little number of rooms. It is clean and perfectly nice. Owner speaks the typical "bolognese" (I am Italian) together with other languages, which is very nice at breakfast and gives a general home-like atmosphere. It is very close to the town centre.

The people that run it are very friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a walk from the train station but within walking distance of all the major attractions.

Not a good experience
In French and Italian the designation "bio" means organic. So, not sure why this place is called Biocasamia then, especially since most of the breakfast items are those awful prepackaged sweet brioches or dry Melba toast. One morning a few slices of ham appeared along with 2 slices of cheese. The only edible item might have been the yogurt, but alas, that was rather warm and not very appetizing. Althugh they advertise air conditioning, the AC units have seen better days and are extremely weak. I would say next to useless in our room. The TV didn't work at all and when the gentleman at the front desk came in to look at it, he gave up after about 2 minutes of plugging and unplugging it, said "momento" and then disappeared. It was never fixed or replaced. We initially had trouble connecting to the internet and our requests for help were met with a shrug. Really, these people are in the wrong business as they have no notion of customer service at all. It turns out that there are real hotels with AC that works and good breakfasts in the same area for the same price, so I would give this place a miss next time!

Decent clean hotel, not too far from the centre
As an Aussie with minimal Italian, communicating with the owner who knows no or minimal English wasn't the easiest. But apart from this, the hotel was nice and clean and exactly what I needed. Overall a pleasant stay.

Calm place to stay
It was a nice little place to stay overnight - perfect for my needs. It has just a few rooms on the second floor. The location is really convenient, the street was calm and close to the city centre but the street itself is not a particularly attractive one. The staff were really pleasant and informal, though I didn't have much interaction with them. The common area had a microwave and stove, which I believe would be OK to use for making one's own coffee etc. I would certainly use the same hotel again.

Don;t get there late!
We arrived late due to flight delays, called three hours in advance as instructed and were told that the key would be left at a pizzeria. We arrived at 12:15 a.m. and discovered the pizzeria was closed. Luckily we were able to get a room at a bigger hotel in the area. The next day, I went down in the morning and was told that it was too bad, but there was no refund because I had arrived after the check in time. The check in time is from 10:a.m and 2:00 pm. I went back, got our bags, and showed up for the next 2 nights at noon, to discover that the hotel was again locked (a French couple was there and was also trying to check in). We were directed by the mailman to go to the pizzeria to get a key and instructions. Finally we let ourselves in. I would never go through this hassle again. The facilities in the tiny place are nothing special, and the lack of accessibility is a pain in the neck.

This is a wonderful little spot. It feels like a house. The five rooms are all different and taken care of. There was a problem with a light in my room; they promptly upgraded me without me even bringing it up. I'd wholeheartedly recommended this place. I was very comfortable. It is just a bit of a walk away from the action, and a block out of the historic centre but not too too far that the walk is unpleasant.

We loved the simplicity of this lovely Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and the room and the bed were very good. The caffe` where we had breakfast close to Bio Casamia was friendly and the breakfast of brioche, toast, cheese and ham along with the cappuccino was very good. We will certainly consider coming here again.

Soggiorno davvero senza nessuna sbavatura, anzi! La posizione è centrale e comoda, la camera davvero graziosa, pulita e calda. Per il ritiro delle chiavi alla pizzeria ed il check out, nessun tipo di problema. Costo della camera assolutamente adeguato. Senza dubbio da consigliare!

La struttura e' bella.Stanza fredda bagno senza riscaldalmento acceso.Il letto non aveva coperte.Nell'armadio c'era una piccola coperta di lana e una trapunta estiva.Il climatizzatore era datato e per riscaldare la stanza ci ha messo una notte intera.Nessuna disponibilita' da parte della struttura a trovare una soluzione.

Buongiorno, Gentile Sig. Roberta, in tutte le nostre camere da letto ci sono 2 lenzuola nei letti, e nell'armadio un piumone e una coperta di lana o plaid. Purtroppo essendo un B&B non abbiamo una reception H24 come nei hotel, ma siamo riusciti a risponderle sempre telefonicamente, riguardo all'aria condizionata aveva detto che non funzionava proprio,ora qui scrive che è datato. La mattina seguente abbiamo controllato con lei ed era impostato a 30 gradi, perfettamente funzionante ,poi mi ha detto che era riuscita ad accenderla, quindi non dica che ci ha messo una notte intera per favore, poi se lascia le finestre sono aperte con l'aria condizionata accesa ovvio che ci impiega di più a riscaldarsi la stanza. B&B in City-Nähe
Wir haben fünf Nächte gebucht. Die Lage des B&B war prima, man kommt gut zu Fuß in die Stadt. Im Umfeld waren viele Bushaltestellen, Ziele auerhalb waren gut zu erreichen. Restaurants, Cafes und Supermärkte waren ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Das B&B lag an einer befahrenen Straße, die Fenster haben die Geräusche aber vollständig abgefangen.

Buongiorno signor Pasquale. Come ha detto non siamo un hotel. Siamo un bed and breakfast e come tale non possediamo la reception H24 (come tra l'altro il resto dei b&b). Ovviamente arrivando alle 22 di sera non ha trovato nessuno e le abbiamo inviato un mail il giorno prima con tutte le informazioni. Nelle informazioni le abbiamo indicato la via del ristorante non distante da noi. Lo stesso ristorante e degli stessi proprietari del b&b. Ci dispiace molto se questo le ha recato problemi. Per qualsiasi domanda, chiarimento noi siamo a disposizione. :)

Schlüsselkarte musste in einer Pizzeria abgeholt werden, der Herr dort war auch die einzige Person die ich während meines Aufenthalts gesehen habe. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bettlaken nicht gewechselt worden nach dem vorherigen Besucher. Nur der Kissenbezug war neu. Es gab aber keine Ansprechperson vor Ort hierfür. Daher hier nur zwei Punkte für die Sauberkeit. Ansonsten war alles sauber, vor allem das Bad. Frühstück gab es erst ab 8Uhr. Ich musste um 7.50 Uhr los, da war noch niemand zu sehen.

Bel endroit pour séjourner à Bologne
Lieu joliment décoré. Chambre confortable, grande et silencieuse. Il faut prendre en compte que la maison Juliette se trouve à 15 minutes du centre ville,et que le dépôt des bagages le dernier jour n'est pas possible. Cela ne fait jamais plaisir de se balader avec sa valise .. Heureusement que nous avons trouvé en centre ville un dépose bagage... payant bien sûr.

We had a beautiful and quiet room, at walking distance from the city centre. Friendly staff. After checking out we had the possibility to leave our luggage at a related restaurant so we could enjoy a last walk in Bologna before leaving.

Soggiorno perfetto.
La sistemazione è stata molto soddisfacente. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere il centro e la stazione in poco tempo ed a piedi. La proprietaria è professionale, gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura è ben tenuta, pulita, pratica e molto confortevole. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante. Se dovessi tornare a Bologna sicuramente tornerei a Biocasamia.

Ottima sistemazione in centro a Bologna
L'alloggio è davvero molto confortevole con una sistemazione davvero comoda. Pur essendoci molti parcheggi con strisce blu il costo è davvero elevato, ma per fortuna a poca distanza vi è un parcheggio multi piano che risolve tutti i problemi. La stanza è molto pulita, un pochino freddina sopratutto in confronto al bagno davvero molto ben riscaldato. La colazione è ottima ed i gestori davvero cortesi ed ospitali. Un pochino rumorosa la camera nelle ore di traffico. Nel complesso si tratta di una location altamente raccomandabile.

Nesse tipo de hospedagem, é importante que você ligue da estação avisando que está chegando. A dona nos tratou muito bem e o quarto estava sempre limpo. Apesar de ser aluguel de quartos, tudo funcionou bem, bem silencioso e agradável.

Bella stanza a due passi dal centro
Ottima posizione per chi viene in auto da fuori Bologna.Parcheggio auto proprio davanti alla porta di entrata, anche se un pò caro.Ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici. Comunque in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro peraltro passando da vie storiche sotto i portici con negozi meravigliosi.Consigliato sia da soli che per coppie. Molto pulito e silenzioso.Colazione ottima nel bar sotto l'hotel "Piglia la Puglia" . Andando in centro si passa davanti al "mercato delle erbe" da consigliare assolutamente per chi vuole vivere un angolo della Bologna studentesca e non con antipasti tipici di carne pesce ed altro ancora.
