"Exceptional service and generally superb attitude, friendliness and care. Always available staff. Great character and design. Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air. Wouldn’t be issue if you’re happy to not. Breakfast was lovely and has all you need hot or cold. Great location."

"Lovely boutique hotel in a stunning building. We had a lovely grand room with a small balcony overlooking the avenue. Slightly quirky room with the bathroom open and behind the bed, but great size and decor. Only downside was having no tea/coffee facilities in the room as they are available on the landing."

"It was our first time in Bordeaux and the hotel was located in the best area, very close to the stations, shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, the rooms interior were the best part and the overall experience is very luxurious. We would definitely go there again! "

"We spent three nights at the Best Western Grand Hotel Francais and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful (other than one somewhat minor issue) and the hotel itself was outstanding. The room was not large, but it was very comfortable. The property is in a great location right in the heart of downtown Bordeaux and easy to walk to almost all of the attractions.
