The hotel is right by a tram stop so only a short tram ride to the airport or walk. Hotel staff are amazing!

The carpet was filthy. The whole place, including the location, is sketchy. Don't do it. Stay somewhere safe and clean.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic and make you feel welcome, the food choices are excellent and the chef has a magic touch with beef! I will gladly return to this hotel anytime and recommend to family and friends. Great value and location for the airport.

Hideous hospitality.
Comfortable bed but that's it. Sour faced service in the restaurant. Customer service abilities are non existent. It's a hotel so there should be some hospitality.No cups or glasses in the room so what is the point of a kettle?

There are roadworks around the hotel that make it very difficult to access. We phoned for advice and staff said ‘Just use your GPS’. The car system was useless but Google Maps found the way. Rooms are smallish but OK, restaurant is OK and we probably should give it another chance when roadworks are completed.

This hotel was a little too basic for my liking. The staff was friendly. I got to breakfast near the end of service and not much hot food was left. Two of the three towels in the bathroom were not clean. Air conditioning in room shut off every few hours.

There was a lot of noise but there was a cycling race in the area and i think there was a lot of celebrating going on. Also the beds are a bit hard.

Overall, it was good, i recommend it. It was clean upon arrival, room space was good, bathroom space good and clean. Unfortunately, when we wanted our room to be properly cleaned by the cleaner they skipped our room even with the door post “Make my room” hanging on our door. Not sure why??? Maybe cause we left the room around 10:15?? I don’t know but i never had that problem before. So all 3 nights our room was not properly cleaned....Besides that the breakfast included was decent and close to airport if needed.

An OK hotel and restaurant
It is like most airport hotels. The price was competitive and the hotel is OK. They have a reasonable price/quality restaurant. We would probably stay there again. An airport hotel is no destination, but merely a place to sleep before you catch your morning flight.

The property was close to the airport and we had a 6:00am flight to Paris. The staff was rude and not accommodating. Bathrooms had only two towels and liquid soap dispensers. Rooms were overpriced and no operating air conditioning.

Terrible Hotel!!!
This hotel was more like a 2 star and nowhere near a 3 star and the customer service was more like a zero star! To start with, this hotel is on a motor way and nothing near it. You will need to travel at least 2 bustops to find somewhere to eat. There was shaved hair everywhere around the sink in my room and the shower was not cleaned either. I have never experienced hotel reception staff so rude to customers in my travelling experience! They are rude, unhelpful and certainly not enjoying their job! Marion or Maryann on reception was absolutely the most disgusting and rude receptionist I have ever come across! She even told me to leave and find another hotel if I wanted air condition so badly as they refused to switch on the aircon in this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights and my room was very hot for a full 2 days and the hotel refused to do anything about it. They only switch on the aircon during the summer even though this was not mentioned when I booked this hotel - It would have helped if I knew this before booking. I was told the managers don't work weekends when I asked to speak with a manager about the situation. I had a horrible experience at this hotel and I would advice other travellers to avoid this hotel if they want a pleasant experience. This was my first time staying here and I will NEVER stay in any Campanile hotel ever again!!!

Nice Hotel but
Clean & Modern & staff friendly but could have done with one or two more in the Restaraunt / Bar area as had to wait a long time for service. Shower in room was modern / clean but water was at best luke warm :-(

Airport hotel in Bordeaux
This is a clean, well-managed airport hotel. The staff were helpful. There are decent buffets at dinner and breakfast (not included).

Campanile Bordeaux is a clean & comfortable hotel. It’s location to Mérignac airport is very convenient if you fly into the area late or have an early morning flight to catch. They have a nice restaurant, parking & walking distance to other restaurants. Staff are friendly & helpful & speak English. I recommend this location to all types of travellers.
