We arrived at the property. I was charged an additional $28.56, which I was not told about previously. The hotel attendant indicated to me that everybody pays this however this was not indicated on Expedia. The next issue we encountered apparently is a reoccurring issue with the Hyatt at this location. we came back from dinner till only to discover that the elevators were out of service. We are on the 10th floor of this hotel, and I feel even worse for those people who are on floors above us, including one elderly gentleman who had to go up nine flights of stairs. The assistant general manager told us that there was an issue with the elevator, and apparently this is an every other day Event. The manager indicated that he would refund or request from you to refund our room rate for the night. Needless to say this is very difficult for us as well as my fiancé is still recovering from knee surgery and needed to walk up 10 flights of stairs this is one of the worst experiences we have ever encountered , I would like a call back from someone not an email but also something indicating that you are refunding our entire amount for the evening.
