This is a low-cost hotel, so you get what you pay for. It is just next door to Northeastern University, where my daughter and I were visiting, so location is really incredible. However, once again, you get what you pay for. The first room they put us in just smelled bad. Like nasty. It wasn't the bathroom, it was the room itself, and it smelled of mold, mildew and dirty feet. We asked to change the room (128) and they gave us another one (126) that was better, but not perfect; it smelled too, just not as bad. Like other people have reviewed, the place is old, and the rooms all have carpets, which over years accumulate a lot of stuff. That's my conclusion at least.
The evening was quiet, no problem with noise.
