"We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...

"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). "Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."
