The staff was great. The location was excellent. The accomodations were good. There was no maid service and after 3 days our trash was piling up and we had to ask for toilet paper etc. The toilet clogged up and we were given a plunger. We were not aware that maid service was not included.

The check in process was horrible, and when we finally got our room we went to it and the cleaning crew was still in the process of cleaning it so we couldn’t even get it the room.

The this hotel I came down with the family because of silver dollar city and they got a different hotel and they said they will be getting this hotel the next time they need one. The staff was very nice and did what they could to make the stay even better

I didn’t like tht the didn’t clean the room everyday but they had a awsime breakfast and they were very nice. The room was great and clean I give it 5 stars
