Honestly one of the nicest places my family and I have stayed for a vacation. We loved it! The staff was amazing, the kids had a blast! The activity center was awesome (just missing a pool table 😆)
The view was beautiful, the condo so spacious and clean! Literally had everything we need from a basic set of dishes to pots and pans, extra towels. Which with kids that's always amazing. Will be coming back but longer next time!

Lots of amenities right on site. Our 5 year old just wanted to hang out and play at the hotel. Foosball, pool, mini golf, swimming pool, hot tubs, volleyball, tennis and more.

We had stayed here twice before this trip and were very pleased. This time it was a bit disappointing. The staff were excellent but the conditions of the condo had really declined. The floors were very dirty, the furniture was very dirty and probably should be replaced. The previously comfortable bed was so lumpy that my husband and I slept on the fold out sofa which wasn’t much better.

I loved the amount of room we had for what we paid. The staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and blankets. The property was very well taken care of and there were plenty for the kids to do. I felt comfortable letting my older (16 yr) ones walk to the car if needed. The only thing I didn’t like was the jet tub looked dirty and the shower didn’t work so we had to all shower in the small shower in the other room. For what we paid though I didn’t expect brand new things though.

The property was so pretty, and the staff was excellent. The staff responded immediately when I contacted them with a question, and they checked in with me before I arrived to see if I had any questions. They were very friendly and helpful.

Property was fine, the push to be a "member or v.i.p person" was very annoying. Seems like you were in a community or small town. Thought there would have been a lake view.

The condo was large and roomy, but it definitely needs to be renovated: older drapes, green carpet, round knob bathroom faucets, no usb available and outlets were behind tables and desks to plug in power blocks. They charge $4 a day to stream Netflix or any other service. The elevator was quick and several luggage carts were available to use.

Really good, loved the washer and dryer in the unit. If I had to list one downfall maybe that would of been nice to have was a small vacuum so no cleaning was needed from maid service.

I was surprised with the size of the rooms. Mini-golf was a blast. They have on-site security. Great discounts to the attractions at the front desk.

I liked that most of the condo style rooms where close to the activity center. Although older, the facilities are well maintained. The convenience of parking and getting in and out quickly was great! The issues that we noticed was the master mattress needed to be replaced because half of it as uneven and felt like you would roll off the bed. The WIFI was terrible and only allowed for 2 devices and was not free to get more out of it. Also, the indoor pool hot tube was out of service for repair, could not use it, but it looked like it was fine.

We didn’t get to check into our room until 6PM when check in time was at 4PM! The manager offered no apologies, just rudely stated we are short handed and there is nothing we can do! We stood at counter and listened/watched front desk person move someone to another room but stated they couldn’t and wouldn’t move people! The manager was suppose to contact us the next day but never did! We have stayed here previously and everything was great! This time front desk staff was just rude!

Check in was horrendous. There were a line of people trying to check in at 4 (When check in time starts) and we were all told our rooms were not ready. So we waited, and waited… finally at 5pm we were told our rooms were ready. We went to the rooms and the maintenance man said the lock wasn’t working and we would need new rooms. Had to go back to the front desk and waited another 40 min to get put into other rooms. They had attitudes like it was our fault, no compensation for both the awful attitudes or for the inconvenience. The rooms themselves were alright for the price.. but be aware about the staff and the fact you shouldn’t get there on time because they aren’t ready.

Great property! Only complaint is the refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed so we had to set the trash can in front of it. Condo was clean, staff was very helpful and nice.

The staff was so nice and friendly, they even let you know of places and things to do while your there. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the pool was clean and nice. We loved the fact you could go "rent" out things to do there for free and had a activity room the playground and golf was also fun to do
