"I really enjoyed our stay, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and really nice rooms. The food and service in the restaurant was good with enough choice and flexibility for kids. The hotel was clean and well taken care of but a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms since I found some hairs in the shower and in one of the beds. Still, great place to stay and if I ever come back to the area I will definitely stay here again."

"I had a great time staying at the Grand Hotel. Parking was a bit out of the norm for me, but I’d recommend calling ahead of time to get the parking address for their customers and go straight there. The roads were blocked to gain access to the front of the building. Overall, very friendly staff and a clean room. I would stay here again in the future. "

"Lovely b&b. Perfect in town location eat all of the restaurants, stores. Entry via Colonie restaurant downstairs. Lots of character with higgledy piggeldy flights of stairs leading up to our third floor room. Glad we had small suitcases to lug up. Elevator available for some rooms. Amazing breakfasts with plenty of choice. Staff were wonderful. Friday morning farmers market outside in the square. "

"Hotel located in a convenient location, next to the train station (city center walkable in 7 mn). Renovations in progress but not noisy, and the new rooms are very nicely decorated, with great amenities such as pillow mist! Great fresh and complete breakfast buffet, delicate attentions such as maccarons & detox water at the front desk. Nice staff."
