Besides absolutely no area to park for having more than 10 floors of rooms, and risking having our rental vehicle damaged, I reported to them upon check out that my husband and I both found bug bites all over. Because we had limited funds and are from the US in our 5 year wedding anniversary, by the time we noticed them (the second day out of five) we didn’t have more than a few nights left and no money to afford to switch hotels. I have pictures of all of them, upon checking out when I mentioned it I was mocked by the manager and then when I asked Expedia for at least a partial refund so I could pay for the medical expenses I accrued when I got home because the bites did not go away right away, Expedia claimed they reached out via phone and the manager said he’d do a refund and they needed to submit the request via email, I got an email the next day from Expedia stating that he decided to deny it. I spent 450$ at home getting treatment and was still unable to get any kind of refund.
