"It looked closed with no office. Expedia had to call to find owner to let me in. 3rd rate place everything cheapest quality possible. Ad misrepresents the place and if you complain owner says you can leave if you don’t like it. Worst place I ever stayed"

"I used this accommodation to visit The Open golf at Royal St. George's, Sandwich and by the time I was able to book there was very limited accommodation available in the area. Becket Court is a student hall of residence on the campus of the University of Kent in Canterbury that offers bed and breakfast accommodation during the summer vacation. "The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."

"The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc."

"This property is really a home from home but with gorgeous seaviews from every room. Immaculately clean and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen and all surprisingly spacious. The area is great for walks, and cycling. There is a nice cliff walk to Joss Bay a really good beach. Broadstairs town centre is a 30 minute walk away Or a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back."
