"My friend (with infant) and I came to the island to visit and soak up some nature. Our stay in Buckley Bay provided beautiful views of the bay, with frequent visits from the seals and otters. The location, while a little ways outside of the main centres, was only a short drive to get to a cafe, nature walks, and restaurants. The house feels very spacious with large bedrooms and ample sitting space to cozy up with a cup of tea or good book."

"We got together with our large family for Thanksgiving/Christmas. A Christmas tree was set up for us. The kitchen was exactly what we needed to cook and feed a big crowed and there was lots of space for everyone to breath. It had everything and more. "My friend and I were looking for a quiet house in the woods for a few days and this place was just that. The view from the balcony (when it’s not foggy) was so nice and peaceful to enjoy after a long day. Everything inside was clean and tidy. Keep in mind that this house is located on a windy dirt road at the top of a hill. Wasn’t an issue for us and the dry conditions we had but just thought it should be mentioned. It definitely adds to the “remote, woodsy” feel of the place though"
