The staff were welcoming. Room and shower were perhaps a little on the smaller side but perfectly adequate and very clean - housekeeping everyday. We did find the room a little warm and stuffy as we were on the ground floor so couldn’t leave window open and air conditioning is not used in Budapest until later in the year apparently. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and plenty of it. Hotel situated minutes from 100E airport express stop so convenient and cheap to transfer to/from. Trams, buses and metro also only a few minutes away so easy to get to all sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel and happiky stay here again.

Great hotel in the heart of Budapest. All forms of public transport very close. Good restaurants and bars everywhere. Definitely stay there when I next visit which won’t be long.

Lovely, centralised property in the Jewish Quarter. Stone's throw away from all the main shopping and hospitality areas in the Pest part of the city. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was very comfy, spacious and clean. Free WiFi in hotel and free buffet style breakfast. Would stay again if in Budapest

Fantastic location, close to everything. Minutes from public transportation and very much central to all attractions. very nice staff. Clean rooms and a good value overall. Breakfast was larger and fuller than expected. Definitely a great surprise.

Breakfast was good with a large selection, staff was friendly. It was nice to have laundry facilities on the premises! Only downside was that the room was rather small, but for the price is was good. Good location in the Jewish quarter. We would definitely recommend.

A lovely, well located, hotel.
From check in to check out we had no cause to complain about anything. Friendly, helpful reception staff, comfortable room, great location and a reasonable price. I'd recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again.

A very nice hotel centrally located. The area around it has many eateries and bars. The metro station Deak Ferenc is a 5 minute walk away. The Great Synagogue is across the road from the hotel. St Stephane’s Basilica is a 10 minute walk. The 100 E bus that takes you to the airport is a 5 minute walk from the hotel also. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and professional and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Nicely finished property in a prime central location. No “spa” to speak of, only a hot tub you’ll need to pre book. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice, however the pillows are a little flat and not particularly nice. All in all I’d recommend this hotel for a night or two.

Nous avons reçu au départ une chambre très très sombre avec des fenêtres minuscules et donnant sur une cour On. Oui à change après avec supplément de 19 euros par jour mais la climatisation ne marchait pas bien on a eu froid Le jacuzzi était très sale on n’en n’a pas profité dommage On a eu une alarme à minuit et demi pour incendie ,c’était effrayant on est tous sorti et même pas un mot d’excuse le lendemain même pas une petite compensation pour ce préjudice moral (on n’a pu as pu se rendormir après) Emplacement au top Très gentils

I wish I can give then 0 stars, worst customer service, there is never a Manager available, they took my money, they denied a refund even when I called they never had an idea what to say and there was no one to explain the situation. They just roll the ball until you get tired so they don't give you back the money, even Expedia said was a nightmare to deal with them when refunds are needed. They never gave me the refund and good luck calling for it. What a scam. Avoid it!! There are other places worth your money than this. Save yourself the trouble.
