Very great place to stay with excellent view of river Danube. The staff was friendly, the amenities were great. The ambassador suite was excellent. The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better, but overall enough choices for different needs.

Wonderful upscale hotel walking distance to everywhere- city Market, Vaci street, streetcar, bridge to Buda. Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast highly recommended

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff and very clean. We did enjoy the coffee machine and water dispenser facilities. Would recommend and book here again.

The property is lovely and clean, rooms facing street have a view of a brick school, we originally asked for a quiet room but was situated opposite cleaners quarters asked if we could upgrade but was told it would be a suite (family type room) €200 extra per night. Asked part way through how we rated hotel mentioned our room situation and then was moved! Restaurant could not accommodate a drink at 10pm, hit & miss. Breakfast not great at all buffet type & lucky if anything available. Location good

Good hotel for sightseeing, picking up boat trips on Danube, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast varied enough, only downside was Sunday and Monday night the hotel had no bar open but it’s very close to many bars and restaurants .

Hotel is very clean.Its in a great location across from the river and near restaurants and the shops.The staff are very nice,especially at the reception.Good breakfast and a nice quiet corner with seating and free tea and coffee.The rooms are modern with all the facilities you need

Hotel is lovely with a nice modern lobby. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Room was spotless, spacious and had a modern bathroom. The whole place smelled clean! The tram stop from the train station is right outside the hotel and the bus stop to the airport is around a 15 min walk. Walkable to all major sites. Metro to Széchenyi thermal baths is easy and cheap, underground station around 10min walk from hotel. Breakfast area is very nice, however, breakfast itself is just adequate. Lots of choice but quality quite bland and hot buffet options not up to par. Overall, a pleasant stay but 2 days is enough in Budapest.

Excellent hotel. Staff were all very polite and more than happy to help at all occasions, room was slightly smaller than expected, very clean and had everything we needed. Note if wanting to use spa facilities- ensure they are switched on as they take 30-45mins to heat up prior to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent property. Would recommend (as a Travel Agent). Stayed in the Governors Suite and really enjoyed the view of the Danube River. Taking public transportation was easy (as a New Yorker) and staff was always helpful and friendly. English was spoken and area was well lit and busy most of the time. Would return. Only adding the items in the mini-bar for free would’ve enhanced the stay. So it gets 5 stars.

Nice 4 star hotel, nothing super special but did the job - was clean and modern and felt very safe. Service at breakfast wasn’t great and there were a few things initially missing from the rooms such as bath robes but once requested we were provided with these.

Great for a quick trip!
Hotel Vision is a cute boutique hotel in a nice central location, close enough to the action but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were amazing shout out to Dora and Emma for their great customer service and for always being so helpful. Hotel has a small gym and wellness area, you can also ask the staff to turn on the Sauna earlier if you desire. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was very nice. The beds were on the firm side, pillows were lush!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Vision. I chose the hotel based on all the fantastic reviews and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is in a great location and it has a really modern feel about it. The check in experience was great and we were given a warm welcome. The room was spacious and had all you could ask for including a Nespresso machine with pods (replenished daily), hangers, good storage space, safe and mini bar. The rooms and hotel public areas were immaculately clean. There is complimentary tea, coffee and water available 24 hours in the reception which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also really good, with a nice selection of food. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, lots of breakfast options and lovely free coffee area in the lobby. Great location on the river and close to lots of transport options. Smell coming from the shower drain that overpowered the bathroom and a shower that flooded the bathroom quite easily.

Amazing room
We stayed in the ambassador suite, much bigger and favulous than expected - great room with view of the Danube. Breakfast was good, usual options plus gluten free bread which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spotless. Would have liked bottled water to be replenished (not just on day 1). Bear in mind the bathroom is open to the bedroom on this suite so had to be aware of when the other was showering however the suite is big enough to sit elsewhere. I purposely didnt choose the suite with bath IN the room as was travelling with a friend but it was still very open. Nice bathroom though!

A modern feeling hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location for all the central Budapest tourist attractions, we opted to walk to most of them rather than use the public transport systems, most are within 30 minutes if you chose to do so. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Budapest, some amazing history and architecture. The only thing I would say about the hotel which is just very minor is they need a newer and quicker toaster at breakfast time, other than that everything was superb. The hotel also organised our transfers to and from the Airport.

The property was immaculate, but a bit austere. The staff were friendly but essentially did nothing to serve you, they answered queries and cleared up after you but everything else you did for yourself. Free coffee nice but no bar. Good location.

The hotel is immaculate and in a convenient spot to get everywhere by foot. The only thing that let this hotel down is the rudeness of the breakfast waiting staff in particular a guy with hole in his sleeve that he wore daily to interrupting and trying to take away your plates when your still eating! Also a female receptionist she was there on some days and my departure morning I asked if I could get some cereals earlier as I have paid for full breakfast (separate to room stay) and was met with a straight NO! I was literally asking for an extra 10 minutes nothing unusual. Apart from these let downs everything else is lovely with this hotel and Domenik on reception is very good with helping and directions

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vision however, we noticed every time that the cooked breakfast was cold! On our last morning we grabbed breakfast as soon as it started at 7am and was still cold then. Also, I made a special request for my partners birthday and not all of the things asked for were included
