Worse hotel ever. NO toilet paper in bathroom at 1:00 am arrival. Called front desk twice. No answer. Went down to office. Waited 5-10 minutes while some was found. Returned to elevator to second floor and elevator door WOULD NOT OPEN. Pushed button to return to first floor ,pushed open door button. NOTHING. RANG EMERGENCY BUTTON. STILL NO HELP. After 10 minutes of pure panic I banged on door and then it opened. Bathroom light intermittent. No soap in shower dispensers. Door jamb rusted so it was difficult to open and close. Air conditioner panel wdisconnected and laying against unit. Coffee machine in breakfast room only had decaf , no regular. Pancake syrup was so old it was congealed in container. No door knob on lobby bathroom. The next day the door knob had been replaced but the swollen door would not shut. Overall it was an awful experience.

Check in took 20 minutes as there was some issue with their system. The door to the room was open when we arrived. The door did not close properly and we could hear everything outside. There were tons of tiny dead flies on the ac unit. The floors were dirty. The room smelled like exhaust fumes. The bathroom floor along the wall had some beige powder against the whole length of the wall. There was hair on the shower wall and the toilet did not flush well. We could not stay. We booked a different hotel and left. What a waste of money. I will never book any Quality Inn or any of their properties ever again.

This hotel does not have the best reviews online. Nevertheless, our stay was a pleasant one. We visited for the eclipse, so the property was fully booked. They had extra staff and made an effort by handing out goodie bags including eclipse glasses. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Hopefully, this is a sign that the hotel is turning a corner.
