The walls are only made of plywood - any noise from the outside will be heard from the room.
Some of the rooms (room T) have windows which are facing the lobby and thus the light from the inside illuminates through the windows. Even if you switch the lights off, there will still be a significant amount of light that can pass through the rooms.
Even if there are two occupants in the room, there's only one blanket and toilet. Although you should not really expect since the rates are quite cheap.
The aircon in room T can hardly cool the whole room. We were told that it takes 1 hr before room will start to cool since it's huge. However, it never really cooled up for the entire 22 hrs of our stay. I didn't find value for money.
However, again, it is cheap. If you want to take a nap or a little rest, this might be for you. It's also convenient since it is walking distance from malls and other establishments.
But if you want to rest especially if you came from a very long trip, then consider finding another place. There are hotels that costs 700 and up but those already have complete amenities (towels and blankets) and even toiletries good for 2 people.
If you have someone with you with whom you can share the costs for lodging, then you might want to consider finding another place that is more peaceful and comfortable.
