"Une semaine caniculaire mais fort heureusement l'appartement était a l'ombre l'après midi et la clim fonctionnait a merveille. La mer et la gare SNCF sont 5 mn .pratique lorsqu'on n'a pas de véhicule. Je recommande"

"We came on vacation with our 3 kids and grand parents. We had enough space to sleep 7 people (including 3 young children). There are several bakeries within walking distance. One is at the corner of the block. There are several groceries stores nearby too. Parking was intimidating at first but there is often space at the private parking at the back of the building. Street parking is also an option and there are usually plenty of spots available. We had a good time in this appartment."

"I booked this studio in the heart of Cagnes sur Mer as it was closed to my friends place. The studio was very clean, is well equiped and has all electronic appliances. Really good for a short stay. Only down side is that the mattress is little too soft and could be replaced."

"Un appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir la côte d'Azur et l'arrière pays. Il est très bien placé à deux pas de la mer et des commerces de proximité, avec un parking clos très appréciable, un petit balcon côté mer au calme et aussi un accueil chaleureux par des hôtes attentionnés."

"Lovely apartment- exactly as photographed. Lovely decor and very well equipped. Very good shower. Loved the balcony and enjoyed sitting there watching the world go by. There is a dual carriageway road outside but didn’t really disturb at all did not hear any noise at night. Would recommend this apartment and hope to stay again"

"On arrival the apartment was very clean and was more modern than the pictures made out with plenty of kitchen ware! Lovely view of the beach from the lounge. We moved the dining table to enjoy the view in the evenings! Location was brilliant. A short 10 minuet stroll to the nearest shop, 15 minuets to the train station, very close to the beach and promenade to take an evening stroll for dinner or just a drink. Transport into Nice, Antibes etc very easy by train or bus. I suggest looking into...

"I had a very good time at this property. The view is great, the beach is right across the street, and it is easy to get to anywhere in the area, e.g. Cagnes, Nice, Vence, St. Paul, etc. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating."

"From the initial booking, all through our stay and leaving, this was a wonderful place. The location has stunning views. The host, Jean Yves, was fantastic, great communication all the way and very helpful with everything. My family really enjoyed our short holiday here and look forward to returning next year. "De verhuurders waren zeer behulpzaam. Vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf. Er werd snel en duidelijk gereageerd op vragen. Het appartement is niet heel groot, maar ruim voldoende voor onze wensen. Het balkon met uitzicht over de boulevard, het strand en de zee zijn geweldig. Je moet het wel leuk vinden om aan de soms wat rumoerige boulevard te zitten. Wij vonden dat heerlijk! Een aanrader voor als je binnen vier minuten van je balkon op het strand wilt zitten!"

We enjoyed a walk to the beach in the later evening. The Renoir Museum is not too far away and worth the visit. The secure parking was also very much appreciated. "Das Apartment war für den Preis sehr gut. Es ist ein bisschen außerhalb aber trotzdem mit Auto war Mann schnell überall. Das einzige Nachteil hier ist das alles ab 22 Uhr abends zu macht und hier gar kein macht Leben ist."

"On va commencer par les points positifs il y en a peu: - la proximité avec la prom - logement spacieux et fonctionnel. - le wifi Points négatifs : - extrêmement bruyant du fait du flux constant de voiture - attention contrairement à l'annonce il n'y a pas de place de parking! Parfois vous aurez de la chance d'en trouver une sur le parking dédié de l'immeuble mais c'est très rare. Tout le reste du temps places de parking payantes....merci pour le PV.....! - propreté du logement à notre arrivée...

"Convenient, good value for money for a long term stay, clean, well managed apartment hotel. Helpful staff. In the heart of a quiet newer district downton close to everything. Note that, if more than 7 days stay it comes without bedding or cleaning. We had our own bedding. Internet is not strong."
