"We booked room 319, superior, and their was a constant loud humming noise. We were relocated to room 304, which was not as roomy at a superior room should be as it was a triple room. Hindsight, we should have insisted on a similar room to 319, but rather than be difficult we accepted the room. "

"Very comfortable stay with very access to bar a restaurant that had delicious food. Note room did not have potable water in room. Suggest that bottled water be provided in-room. "

"Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent and very friendly service. Nice view out to the garden and river. Bed wasn't the comfiest but everything else was great. We had a lovely relaxing break away. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and treatments in the leisure centre. "
