Perfect location in La Fossa beach
Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, Las Salinas but most importantly right in front of the beach! We could listen to the sound of the waves in the apartment and enjoy the beautiful sunrise every day! The apartment was clean and the pictures shown were spot- on. Gabriel was great and punctual when checking us in and the last day when we left, even when we requested a very early departure. We appreciated his kind gestures of fruit on the table, wine and snacks. We will most definitely consider this rental for a future trip to Calpe!

Fabulous beach front apartment
Super clean on arrival, the host Gabriel is so accommodating and fair. The flat is as close to the sea as you can get. Probably only 10 feet away. Its so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super comfy beds. This apartment really is incredible. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.

Fabulous Little Gem
We are just home from a lovely stay in Gabriel's apartment. Everything went smoothly. Gabriel always responded quickly to any queries we had, up to and during the visit. He personally met us at the apartment on our arrival and was in constant communications with us from the time we landed. The location of the apartment is perfect, just a few short steps to the beach and the Promenade. We were greeted at the apartment with a bottle of wine and some welcome items such as water, fruit etc. This was a very nice touch. We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

Great host, great location
We marked all items 5/5 as they genuinely were. The apartment couldn't be in a better position, looking out over the beach and literally less than 5 mins from the sea. It's also very close to our favourite bars and restaurants. It's a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment too. Gabriel couldn't have been more helpful and efficient, responding to all our messages pre- and during stay very promptly and normally within minutes! The sea is 5 mins, the pool 3 mins, the supermarket 4 mins, the row of fish restaurants 10 mins, and a fantastic snorkelling beach 10 mins too (tip: don't book a snorkelling trip - there's lots of fish just off the beach). We'll certainly be back.

A lovely apartment with great views
Our host was very helpful on arrival walked us around the apartment and the first thing that catches your eye is the view it to die for absolutely fantastic tha apartment had every thing you needed nice clean and fresh looking lovely place to stay would recommend it to anyone you have the beach right in front of you and all shops restaurants on either side of you you did not have far to go for anything. But there is one let down the weather was so hot the apartment had ceiling fans in bedroom and one free standing in the main lounge Area but it never cool us down at all needs AIR CONDITIONING and the holiday would of been perfect thank you Gabriel you were really helpful a really good host

Hi Wendy!! thank you very much for your comment, we are glad that you liked the apartment and especially the area where it is, THANK YOU, correct for now we do not have air conditioning, we realized when you left the apartment that you pressed a button on the remote control and you had in the room the ceiling fan in winter mode means that the air instead of blowing towards you towards the ceiling, so it was possibly hot, however possibly in the future air conditioning will be installed, thank you for your comment so keep improving, THANK YOU AGAIN Wendy, you are nice people, greetings to the 4!

We had a very enjoyable few days. the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We were able to visit Altea on the train, walked along the coastal path and visited Guadalest with friends who had a car. We have visited Calpe many times in the past and enjoyed our stay. Good Spot!
We've just had a wonderful 7 nights stay at this lovely apartment. Overlooking the beach and Calpe rock. The apartment is really comfortable and clean and contains everything you need to have a nice stay, very well located. Gabriel the owner was extremely helpful and friendly - and made sure everything was ok. We would recommend this apartment. If I could just make a suggestion, I'd say that an Air con would benefit a lot this property. As we were during a very hot period of the year, was very warm. Besides of that, I highly recommend this property. Thank you Gabriel.

Calpe retreat
The apartment is in a beautiful spot overlooking the stunning La Fossa beach. Gabrijel was an excellent host and even waited to greet us when our flight was delayed until midnight in order to show us where to park and all around the apartment. Hope to come back again. Thank you Gabrijel

Beautiful apartment
We have just had a wonderful 2 month stay at this beautiful apartment overlooking the beach and Calpe rock. The apartment is really comfortable and clean and contains everything you need to have a wonderful short or long term stay, situated very close to all amenities too. Gabriel the owner was extremely helpful and took care of all our needs and made sure everything was ok. We would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly book again. Thank you Gabriel.

Great Holiday!!
Calpe is a lovely area with all the amenities you would want. Good local transport and lots of places to eat. There were lots of bars and restaurants open along the sea front and up into the town where there are a good variety of shops. It’s in a good location with everything needed close by, including public transport. Cannot fault the apartment in the slightest. It is spacious and is exactly as described. Clean, and fabulous sea views. Couldn’t ask for better accommodation. Gabriel was extremely helpful from the moment of our booking and also a bottle of wine and fresh fruit on arrival was a lovely touch and much needed after a morning travelling. Don’t be surprised if we are back for more next year Gabriel!! From all three of us, a BIG!! Thank you for a lovely stay! Lorraine

Pour commencer nous tenons à remercier notre hôte Gabriel qui est une personne remarquable ! Très accueillant, à l'écoute, serviable et disponible et pour qui, le bien être de ses locataires est une priorité ! Son appartement est en parfait état, très propre et spacieux. La literie est très confortable. De la terrasse la vue est époustouflante! On peut y admirer le majestueux Penon de Ifach qui est accessible à pieds. La plage est magnifique ! Gabriel a aussi prévu des jouets de plage, parasol, chaises, raquettes... Toutes les conditions sont réunis pour passer un excellent séjour ! Françoise et Didier

Sehr sauberes und zweckmäßiges Ambiente. Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Kleiner Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Ein Minuspunkt gibt es für die schlechten Matratzen in den Betten.

Séjour très agréable sur cette fin d'année
un joli appartement en bord de mer sur Calpe, un environnement très agréable ou tout peu se faire a pied, un aménagement piétonnier le long du littoral permet de belles balades, le soleil était de la partie très reposant sur cette fin décembre. Gabriel est a l'écoute et présent pour ses vacanciers, malgré le barrage de la langue, merci le traducteur. Bon séjour sur cette belle station balnéaire

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Gabriels Apartment! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, der Sonnenaufgang, das Rauschen des Meeres… Gabriel hieß uns herzlich willkommen mit einem großen Obstkorb und gekühlten Getränken (Softs, Saft, Wein)! Die Kommunikation mit ihm war super freundlich, er hat immer binnen kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Aufgrund eines verspäteten Flugs kamen wir spät an- kein Problem- wir wurden dennoch persönlich empfangen! Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Strandspielzeug, Küchenausstattung, Handtücher. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! ☺️ Danke für die schöne Zeit, Gabriel!

Un séjour super agréable appartement tres bien idealement placé
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement de Gabriel à Calpe, très bien situé; l'accueil de Gabriel est formidable avec des boissons et des fruits pour nous accueillir. Un parking à disposition est un plus indispensable; Nous avons aimé dans la région nos escapades à Denia et Valencia. nous aimons beaucoup Calpe très agréable station balnéaire, très belles plages et joli village. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y venons !!!! nous recommandons !!!

Excellent séjour
Superbe accueil de Gabriel avec des petites attentions à notre arrivée (boissons fraîches, corbeille de fruits et vin). L'appartement est idéalement placé, une vue extraordinaire, commerces et restaurants à deux pas de l'appartement. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. Les chambres sont très bien isolées et l'appartement bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout etait parfait. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésité et espérons pouvoir revenir l'été prochain. Encore un grand merci à Gabriel pour sa gentillesse.

Appartement idéalement situé
Tout d'abord Gabriel, le propriétaire, un homme absolument positif, souriant et très intéressé par vous et vos besoins. L'appartement est idéalement situé sur le paseo de la playa Levante, restaurants,commerces et surtout plage à 10 m. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement, vaisselle, électroménager... tout est bien... Juste la climatisation serait la bienvenue... surtout cette année... Je recommande vivement l'appartement de Gabriel..

Je dois vous remercier d'avoir pris soin de vous parfaitement, très agréable et surtout du soin que vous avez apporté à l'appartement, vous en avez pris soin comme si c'était le vôtre, ménage, draps..... tout collecté, MERCI TOI! Par contre, le constat concernant la climatisation, oui, après plusieurs demandes, en novembre, après la saison, nous installerons la climatisation pour que vous et les autres clients puissiez être au mieux lors de futurs séjours, je viens d'envoyer un salut à toi et à ton fils et pour tout ce qui est nécessaire je suis là merci

Appartement nickel, emplacement idéal, nous avons passer deux semaines super sympa. Manque juste la clim et tout sera parfait. Gabriel notre hôte est très disponible et super sympa. A refaire, nous recommandons.

Apartamento con la mejor situación en la playa.
La ubicación del apartamento, y la atención del propietario (Gabriel) son inmejorables. El resto de cosas, mobiliario, menaje, toallas, sábanas, y limpieza en general, todo correcto. Como crítica constructiva, le propondría a la propiedad mejorar la grifería de la cocina.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit sehr schöner Aussicht
Das Apartment ist direkt am Fossa Strand und nach Osten ausgerichtet, so dass man jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang beobachten kann. Der Balkon eignet sich hervorragend um in der strahlenden Morgensonne ausgiebig zu frühstücken. Die vorhandene Pergola ist dabei sehr nützlich. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend uns stets gut gelaunt. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Très bon séjour, appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le rocher de Calpe la plage est a 20 mètres et de nombreux restaurants de qualités à proximité. Gabriel est à l'écoute et est très réactif.

Très bonnes vacances !!!!
Nous venions de Paris , après 1500km nous avons été très bien accueil par le propriétaire, un grand sourire et beaucoup d'attentions. Nous avons eu des boissons et des fruits pour nous accueillir. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très bien situé, nous avions tout à disposition et le propriétaire prenait des nouvelles régulièrement pour que nos vacances se passent très bien. Merci nous reviendrons 😁😁😁😁.

Séjour presque parfait
Tout est parfait, l'emplacement, l'équipement, la gentillesse de Gabriel, mais une surveillance plus renforcée devrait être faite sur la propreté (linge de literie). L'appartement est très agréable et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Les contacts avec la personne sur place sont excellents et agréables. Seul point d'amélioration: l'équipement de base de la cuisine où il manque un peu de couverts.

Top Lage gut Gepflegt voll Ausgestattet
Die Lage des Apartments ist Top wir konnten jeden Morgen ab 9.30 Uhr bis 12.00 Uhr unser Ausgiebiges Frühstück in der Sonne genießen mit einem tollen Meer rauschen. Ein Kleines Mango für uns sind die sehr niedrigen Betten. Toller Vermieter sehr freundlich und hlsbereit. Die Begrüßung mit erfrischungs Getränken, tollem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Rotwein war sehr schön.

Vacaciones 2021
El alojamiento esta muy bien en primerisima linea de playa cerca del puerto y del peñon de todo tipo de bares y restaurantes Gabriel un tio fantastico lo unico que podemos poner de pega es que aunque era la 1ª semana de septiembre y la temperatura era de 30º - 22 º hacia mucho calor en el apartamento y como no tiene aire acondicionado con los ventiladores no era suficiente por lo demas es para repetir gracias Gabriel

Fantástico
Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación, primera línea con grandes vistas. El anfitrion muy detallista. Te recibe con fruta, refrescos y una botella de vino. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en la playa y conocer Calpe.

Emplacement et appartement au top
L'appartement est très bien placé, en première ligne. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et on est à la plage en 3 minutes. La résidence possède une piscine avec des chaises longues et parasols, très propre et bien entretenue. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Gabriel, très disponible et gentil, merci pour les adorables attentions. La place de parking est très appréciable aussi. Muchas gracias
