"Everything was perfect. Check in was great. Luca (I think) was friendly and really helpful and remembered us when we checked out. We are in the hotel twice and it was perfect. I have lots of food intolerances from a long term illness and the bar and restaurant staff and the kitchen were in incredibly helpful and got everything right both times, first go.
