This was our 6 time visiting the resort. We love everything about the place. The only concern we have is the parking. We have 2 sons with Down Syndrome, so it would be nice if there was handica parking a little closer to the hotel.

We love the Hyatt Cambridge. We haven’t been in 10 years and we loved that they added a new additional hot tub for adults on the other side of the infinity pool, where you could relax and enjoy the view of the river. Everything is always so top notch and staff is friendly and accommodating.

The property itself is beautiful, but is starting to show signs of wear. The cushions on my outdoor balcony were moldy and vents in the room were dirty. They charge exorbitant resort fees but then charge you for everything so not sure what the fees cover.

The indoor pool was the best part of our stay. The hotel is pretty nice but a little outdated and a lot of loudness throughout the night. There was a large wedding that seemed to be the main priority (very cool to see the decorations and hear the music when walking by the ball rooms) but it also made it weird when trying to get to the parking lot you had to walk through their area and it just seemed odd like you were in the way without trying to be. The noise lasted really late in the hallways past midnight so that would be my biggest complaint. The extra resort fee seemed pointless when you couldnt enjoy any of the grounds or things that make it a resort. Would come back in better season and it might be more worth it.

Overall the property is nice and I've stayed several times before this visit. I was disapointed that the spa didn't provide services on Sundays. Also of my neighbors on the third floor had a dog that barked early in the morning for 30 minutes straight. If you are going to allow pets in the hotel I believe there should be a specific pet section so other guests without pets aren't disturbed by them.

Heated indoor pool was terrific, excellent for swimming laps, and the indoor hot tub was very relaxing. The view from my room was lovely, but the heat didn't work and it took 90 minutes for someone to come and fix it and then it took 30 minutes for room to warm up

The propert and rooms are very nice. The front desk staff was good and helpful. The restaurant staff was poor and very overpriced. For breakfast we waited 20 min, got seated at... not a table. It was a sofa and chair with a coffee table. For 20 min no one waited on us. We had to get someone to come over. Forgot about us again. They ended refunded our breakfast cost which was good. But the service was horrible.

No vending machines or food/ drink services after 10 Seems a 5 star hotel should have that available 4th floor machine nonfunctional and "out" of everything- front desk said "bar is open for snacks- and it was not.

Well below par!
If we had not gotten an incredible discount to a variety of means. I would've been royally irritated at the price I would have had to pay. The place is not bad but it is definitely dated they need some upgrades. The housekeeping staff was awful. The front desk had about as much personality as my socks. There were bellmen apparently in the building, but only came out to ask us if they could help us once we had already done what we needed to do. The posted price on the door was $640 per night, but that's always an exaggeration. I think the regular advertised price is about $350+. Paying even that posted price was way out of line for what we got. Truly, the only real bright spot was a very personable waitress at the downstairs bar/grill, who worked to help each person for whom she was responsible. She deserved and got a great tip!

This is a very relaxing property with extremely nice staff. I really enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is family friendly with tons of activities for kids ranging from mini-golf, bounce houses, and a good variety of indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. Last not least, the view of the bay is priceless. Cant wait to be back there!
