This was the most exquisite all-inclusive resort I've ever been to. The service was unmatched by any other resort I've visited. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I can't wait to go back every year.

Wonderful resort, great staff and facilities. Food and beverage facilities were fantastic. Great range and quality of food in the buffet and excellent food served at the a la carte restaurants. Plus additional cafe included on site with fantastic coffee & snacks. Beach area is well kept and quiet with some activities such as beach volleyball available.

The resort was everything and more for a relaxing vacation. If you are trying to party party, this will not be the hotel for you. If you want to relax and unwind, this is the perfect hotel for you. The bars all close at 11pm. They do have activities every day to keep you entertained so you don’t want to leave the resort. The food at the buffet is actually really good for an all-inclusive resort. The resort is walking distance from a couple good restaurants, if you get tired of the resort food. I visited the spa and I loveeed my massage. I highly recommend that. The gym has a pool that has a great view of the sunset. It’s a must see and one of their hidden gems. All and all I would recommend this hotel again.

The staff was excellent. Not only did I feel taken care of , I felt like they went out of their way to make things extra easy and/or special. Lots of food variety. The food was well prepared and the additional events like barbecue on the beach etc , kept things interesting. If I had one complaint, it would be the bathroom locations. My wife is handicapped and it’s a long walk to any bathroom, when you’re in the pool area. It would be great if a restroom was setup on the pool level. Thank you for a great stay.

Hyatt Zilara Adults only is Absolutely Amazing!! Everything about it screams perfection!! The people there are Amazing everyone was so nice and took care of us . Every room has beautiful sea view although the room is a little bit outdated. The private beach, large swimming pools and the cabanas around the pools and beach are impressive. Hyatta Zilara is definitely a luxury vacation resort! The food in 7 seven restaurants is mediocre but the food delivered by the room service surprised me, they are really good. I recommend to order the food from room service instead going to Spice and Vista restaurant.

Limited food choices, food was below average, service was poor in many situations but was excellent at times, depended on the restaurant or staff. Very inconsistent. Overall I would rate my stay a C, extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This was me and my husbands second time here at Zilara and it did not disappoint. We absolutely love it here. The food is great, especially the seafood! I also love that they serve lunch right next to the pool! Such a great experience. We were serviced by Abimael by the pool and the beach. He was absolutely wonderful. So friendly and helpful and accommodating. He definitely made our experience a lot brighter! Also, David from Punta Vista catered to all of our needs and was very kind. Samanta from Punta Vista always made us feel so welcome with a big smile! I didn’t encounter one staff member that wasn’t helpful and/or unfriendly. The beach was clean and absolutely beautiful. We were lucky to have little to no seaweed at all. We will definitely be back for a 3rd time sooner than later!

As soon as we checked in, several members of the staff (front desk, porter, etc) told us "welcome home". At first I'd thought this was kind of cheesy. However, throughout our stay I can honestly say that we'd NEVER felt like we were being treated as customers, we felt like welcomed guests on every level. The food was phenomenal, every single member of the staff was kind, courteous, and attentive, the facilities were beautiful. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was so much better than we had expected. We will be visiting Cancun again and there is absolutely no other venue beyond the Hyatt Zilara that we'll be considering for our home away from home!! We cannot compliment nor thank the staff enough!

The staff was excellent. The food was good but was a little disappointed with Maria Maria. The property needs a better Mexican food Restaurant. The high pressure sales at check in was annoying. My wife left her purse on a chair for ten minutes and the staff picked it up and returned it for us and we appreciated that. They did however take everything out and didn’t put everything back in it. We were missing our parking pass and room key out of it. The bathroom water does have a smell to it so we opted out of using the hot tub. Over all a very nice property.

My stay was fine until the second day, but after that the replenishment of amenities was not perfect, and some amenities were never replenished after that? It was very disappointing. However, the staff member (waiter?) Catalino Reyes who brought drinks and food to the cabana was very considerate with drinks, food, and other things, so I was able to spend a very meaningful time, and I booked a cabana again the next day and spent the whole day there♪ I will definitely come to Catalino again.
