"Very convenient for ferry. Room could be greatly improved by more lighting. It is a large room with a single light near the door and 2 table lamps. The area by the window, with the easy chair, is too dark for reading with the curtains closed. Easy to remedy with a floor lamp. "

"The location is breathtaking, right on the ocean. We shared the large hot tub with our friends. The accommodation was large and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and nice to talk to. Due to the previous weather the beach was inaccessible due to the stairs being washed away. Breakfast is no longer an option at this location but we were provided with coupons for a couple of restaurants in the area, both were excellent, The Clucking Hen, especially."

"The room was clean but the heater / air conditioner sounded like a small plane. The parking lot is not the best and could use some work. Overall, in comparison to other hotels in the area it stacks up pretty well."

"The bed was very comfortable. Overall condition of hotel is in need of upgrades, ceiling leaking outside our door but I think workers were staying there to do repairs. The room was servucabke but dated and needed attention to detail in cleaning. However it is a good price. I enjoyed the dry sauna and full workout area "
