While the property is in a great location and the staff including the owner and Sammy are excellent hosts, we will not stay here again because it was distinctly average. The walls had markings like something had splashed on it and it had been wiped off, giving rather irritating streaks on the bedroom wall by the door and the bathroom walls. The bed linens were not very old, did not quite fit the bed and in comfortable as were the bed and pillows. Breakfast was average as well. The room is also really small so if you have big suitcases and staying for more than a night or two, you may struggle with the space.

Horrendous experience
I did not even get to check-in. Parking was unavailable, either in the front of the hotel, and the entrance to the parking garage was small, thus no SUV would fit. When I asked for a refund, I was put on the phone with the owner. He asked me what time in the morning was I checking in?. Strange as it was three in the afternoon. Check-in starts at two. He then asked me if I was scared and what type of vehicle I drove, he also asked me where I was from and how many businesses I owned, he constantly repeated the questions, again and again, then laughed, asking me why I was so tense after trying to explain the issue numerous times. Draw your own conclusions. Never again

We do not advise parking on the website as we have street parking which states on your booking. You did not check into your room while you refuse to go into the parking what we have at the back of the property. Your rate was also not a refundable booking where you put the reception in a uncomfortable position to assist you with your behaviour infront of all the staff.

The guest was kick out from the breakfast area and had to complete his paid breakfast quickly. No happy with the remarks your staff member / waiter / receptionist making on his last day at your venue.

Breakfast starts from 7-10am so this is enough time for the guest to have breakfast and even if a guest still sit here we do not kick out anyone like you have mentioned.

Good value accommodation in a central location. Had everything we needed with helpful staff. Booked 2 rooms as myself and husband are used to extra large bedsvand space, this was a good move as the space would have been too tight for us. But a good stay.

A perfect place to stay in central Stellenbosch
Lovely central hotel. New with good finishes. Soundproof windows for a quiet night. Excellent breakfast. Lovely roof deck. Really enjoyed staying here.

Nice hotel let down by cleaning.
Nice hotel in a convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was very nice. Rooms were small but well equipped. However the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. The floor clearly hadn’t been swept from the previous guests and the minibar needed a good clean.

Great location, excellent breakfast and the ladies on reception and at breakfast were great - thank you. The studio room we stayed in was ok, coffee Milk etc didn’t get topped up during our 3 night stay and lack of parking is a drawback but overall a good base to explore Stellenbosch.

Fantastic stay. Highly recommend. Rooms are large and very well done. Rooftop is great for a sunrise coffee (unique to Stellenbosch to have this). Great breakfast as well!

Great spot in Stellenbosch
We enjoyed our time at 107 Dorpstraat. It is very central and within walking distance of everything. Rooms are small but nicely appointed and very comfortable. Double glazing ensures silence at night. Parking is available but a bit of a challenge especially for a larger vehicle. Breakfast was simple but very adequate and fresh. Friendly staff and other guests.

This is a great little hotel in an excellent location. Near restaurants, drinking holes, what have you. It is newly reconditioned and I excellent shape. It's beautifully furnished. The only drawback is that you get one large room and no separate bathroom. Consequently, using the WC, shaving, showering, putting on you make-up, etc., is challenging at times.

A fantastic Boutique hotel in Stellenbosch .
I could not speak more highly of this hotel. My stay was very comfortable, my room clean and well appointed. The team I encountered were very welcoming and friendly at all times. To experience a lovely boutique hotel, in the centre of Stellenbosch within an easy walking distance, is a great treat. I was offered, and accepted help with booking tours to wine estates and the Cape Point. I discovered each evening, a turndown service, with a bottle of water and small cookie by my bed. The breakfast is totally acceptable, and they make lovely omelettes. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super-convenient central location. Staff were welcoming and professional, really gave our stay a personal touch. Rooms were well-equipped and quiet due to efficient double-glazing. Beds were very comfy with quality bedding and linens. Breakfast was enjoyable with continental buffet and cooked options Would stay at this hotel again

Staff friendly, great room, excellent location!
Small hotel that maximises the space but room was an excellent size and very clean. Having stayed in 5 different Stellenbosch Hotels over the last few years and most with higher star rating than 107 Dorpstraat, this was definitely the best by far. Great location, excellent friendly service. You will really feel welcome here.

Lovely convenient hotel with super friendly staff . Good sized room and bathroom . Very disappointing breakfast and parking almost impossible to get in and out !

Bedroom was a bit small but OK. The gap in the bathroom door can be a little awkward. Nothing special about the breakfast. I noticed some money missing from my backpack after leaving the hotel, can't say for sure it happened there but you should mind your valuables if you choose to stay there. Pros: good location, soundproof windows, good shower. I think there are better options in the area so I wouldn't stay in this hotel again when visiting Stellenbosch again.
