Good parking, TV remote doesn't work, lot's of USB ports and power outlets, clean room but dirty bathroom floor lousy shower, good bed and bedding, great room darkening drapes, little food options

I wish Iwould have asked for first floor as no elevator in the property when I booked. Nothing available on first floor when we arrived.
We are old people.
We weren’t there very long. We were welcomed at about 10:30 in the evening and the person at the desk was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We had breakfast in the morning and left. We slept well. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and neat and had everything we needed

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfy.
The sounds from the hallway and above were loud and disturbed our sleep. We arrived in late - in the dark and my aunt tripped on the unlit curb. She fell hard and injured her knee as well as broke her foot.
Is an 80 year old, senior travelling alone this location was perfect for me. I was treated with respect and a wonderful smile from everyone. I have my four-legged friend with me and he to enjoy this day and was treated very kindly by everyone. The room was lovely to bed very comfortable not a single complaint from me.

The staff her was wonderful. Good continental breakfast. We stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite and my only negatives were the accessible shower splashed all over the floor in the bathroom and the train that goes by the hotel felt like it was inside our room it was so loud. Better windows might improve the sound proofing of the room.
After just getting settled into my room, another guest was able to enter my room mistakenly with their key. I went to the front desk and they said that it was a known problem with the lock on that door that had not been fixed yet. I had to pack everything back up and switch rooms. The front desk attendant said that they would give me a discount when I checked out for my inconvenience. When I went to check out in the morning, the new front desk attendant said that there was nothing that they could do because I had booked through Hotels.com.
Because I happened to have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign out at 8 a.m., my room went unchecked and unmade-up for the duration of my stay. I took that sign down prior to leaving at around 10 a.m.
The entire housekeeping crew departed for the day while I was out and did not do another walk-through to check whether rooms needed to be made up later. The front desk told me as much. Apparently, I was supposed to inform them they should come back and do a quick make-up of the room.
I've travelled all over the world. I've stayed in 5+-star hotels and in absolute dumps. I've never encountered this level of lack of service before.
I was charged a premium price for the locale. The service was not commensurate with the price I paid for one night, much less two.
I will not willingly stay at this hotel in the future and will not recommend it to anyone to stay.
The staff were great. The breakfast was bare minimum with juice, muffins, oatmeal, uncrustables, pear fruit cups, yogurt, granola bars. Nothing for an actual hot breakfast. Disappointed in the breakfast.

Unfortunately, we were still under the guidelines for Covid at the time of your stay but hoping to get back to somewhat normal soon!
If this is suppose to be a pet friendly hotel. The front desk should ask if you have pets as part of their job and not have me probably not read a tiny sheet of paper with it on there, but instead I got charged $250 for a “cleaning fee”. She said their is designated pet rooms I offered her if we needed to switch and she said no. Our dogs at very well behaved and don’t even know they were there.
