Very basic small rooms. Fridge was stinky in and around it. Dusty and crumby in the corners. Overall pleasant place

Pleasant front desk staff. Room wasn’t as nicely prepared as it should have been, pillow covers looked discoloured and quite wrinkled. Room was fine and rather simple but walls were thin as we heard alarm clock in next room and person above walking around with annoying noise level. Our alarm Clock went off at 6am as staff hadn’t checked it for last person leaving.

Ladybugs
Desk staff were attentive and helpful. Check in and out was easy. 10-15 ladybugs in room that I asked to be removed and were still there the whole stay.

Good bed and shower
Staff friendly, especially Kewanda. Bed and shower very good. No coffee in room. Fridge very small. Room small; no drawers.

Great new property just off the interstate outside of Cartersville. Easy to get in and out but a very short distance from anything you need!

Had 2 rooms for me and my parents. Went to our rooms after check in only to find out my parents room had a broken tv that the front desk knew about prior to us checking in so now they are placed in room with 2 double beds because there are no more king rooms. We left to attend a funeral and after the funeral we went to dinner. After dinner we returned to our rooms only to find out that my room had beetles covering the wall above the tv. So now I’m placed in a room with 2 double beds. Won’t go back to this Hotel

The property was modern and clean. The staff was professional and very friendly. The shower in my room leaked into the bathroom floor. Everything else was lovely. The breakfast was good. I would stay at this property again.
