The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Loved the location of this hotel and the park across the street and nearby hiking trail.

Was a little loud but served its purpose for a safe place to park a packed car right outside our window. Toilet kept running but once bathroom door was closed could not hear it. Small restaurant, fitness room and pool. Comfortable beds.

Cleanliness could have been better in my suite for as much as you pay for them. Toilet didn’t work properly and could hear it filling up all night

The towels were rough, a little fabric softener would help. Key card seemed to be a little finicky. Hot tub and pool were excellent. A continental breakfast would be nice fir the price of the room. All of the pillows were very soft, might include at least one firm pillow. All things considered I had ab enjoyable stay.

Not exactly what $211 usually gets us. Carpets could use some stretching or replacing, doors need wiped down, lobby is nice, its cool it has a restaurant and small bar, but it is further than i like from most things..

This hotel needs to be updated and the staff needs to make sure they have liners in the garbage cans. The people working there were very nice and helpful. It would be really nice if they offered a shuttle to the airport.

The staff is excellent and will go out of their way to get you whatever you need within reason. New carpets are VERY badly needed in the hallways. Hard to believe there’s no free continental breakfast when just across the parking lot the Hampton does.

The property was clean and quite. Our room was spacious and clean. The coffee brewer was a bit cantankerous. Everything else was great. Beds were very comfortable and the spacious bathroom had good shower pressure.

Friendly staff. They use heavy fragrances in their cleaning. We had to move rooms the first one smelled so strong. They moved us right away to a fragrance free room, which still had some fragrance smell. The carpet in the hallways needs stretched. It’s wrinkled up and could easily cause someone to trip.

Kitchen staff was on holiday, so only a very limited and stale continental breakfast was available. Pool was overrun with families, and was about to close down for a month for remodeling. The hallways and rooms were dingy, and the carpets were delaminating. Bathroom in room was run down and in poor condition. $56 charge to have pet stay in room. Not worth the price.
