"We had originally booked a 3-night stay and needed to change our dates. We arranged the change by email with the hotel manager, who confirmed in writing that everything was updated.
However, upon arrival, we were told that the reservation had never been changed and that there was no availability for our third night. We showed the written confirmation to the manager on site, but he explained that the employee who had confirmed the change was no longer working there and that the hotel would not honor the agreement.
As a result, we only had accommodation for two nights and had to find another hotel at the last minute. We requested a refund for the third night, but it was denied. This happened in late January, and I am still waiting for reimbursement while Expedia and the hotel continue to pass the responsibility back and forth.
There were also other issues. A karaoke bar located next to the hotel was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep before midnight. In addition, the photos are misleading, as they suggest amenities such as a pool are on-site when they are actually located elsewhere.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel."
