Tasso Suites is right at the main square in Sorrento. It is a great location and walking distance to the public garden/elevator to the Marina/ferries. We spent only one night at the hotel before our trip to the Amalfi Coast. All the staff in the reception, the person at night and the people during the day, were friendly, helpful and informative. We would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in Sorrento.

All details are perfect. The setting, the views, the rooms, the breakfast (superb) and the staff outfit was perfect. Without a car, can be challenging, since one of the days we had to rely on the personal cars of the staff, since the shuttle was not available.

The rooms were spacious and the views were amazing. Food and drinks were delicious! Wear proper shoes for the vertical city, lots and lots of steep steps.

"The loveliest terrace view! And the cafe/restaurant was so good! And the service was so friendly and personal. Loved it. My only complaint is the train station is too far away to walk, so I had to take a $25 cab ride each way to get from the train to the hotel and back."
