Rooms were clean but not fully stocked with things, like an extra roll of toilet paper, shampoo, door hanger, blanket for pull-out bed, etc. Nothing serious and the front desk people were always happy to get things. Prices were very high. There's a pool but sadly no hot tub, and that pool is COLD. You can easily walk over to Walmart to get anything you forgot. We went over for ice cream. It'd be nice if there were a sidewalk and/or pedestrian crossing at the intersection. Breakfast was good... well-stocked.

Great overnight stay!
Beautiful hotel! Friendly check in and check out staff. Lots of breakfast choices of typical hotel quality. Comfortable bed, pillows, nice and quiet location. Shower could've used a little extra scrub at the seams. Good Mexican restaurant nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Much nicer than expected.
I remember a time when Best Western was... uh... well, trashy. But i was absolutely floored by how nice this place was. Honestly it is on par with Holiday Inn now. I have ignored Best Western for years but they are absolutely back on my list of acceptable accommodations.

This establishment was great and well worth it, staff was great and accomodating. Rooms were nice, spacious and modern, felt like a higher starred hotel. Mini fridge and microwave in the room are a plus.Complimentary breakfast was on the better side, had a very nice selection with staff there to restock and help if needed. Depending on the day the food may change, I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area, and there's a Walmart across the street which is super convenient.

Best hotel in Centralia
Nice hotel, good breakfast. The staff is very friendly & they have a 24hr mini market inside. If you're ever in centralia, this is the place to go.

The staff was amazing! The room was so very clean and so was the hotel. The breakfast was really good and stayed stocked up the whole time it was being served. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there. I can't say enough about the fantastic staff though They really go above and beyond and are so friendly and polite. 10 out of 10

The usb didn’t work in the room and during the night the whole Room Was shaking woke us up thinking there was an earthquake come to find out it was either the air conditioner kicking in and off or someone doing laundry at 3 am and it shakes the whole room and beds.

But we also have guests that keep all sort of hours like our traveling nurses that work all rotating shifts. Im in my room all day and the cleaning staff say that cannot clean if im there even with the door open. I stay 4 nights a week and i have to clean my own room and gather the garbage and my husband takes the used towels down and gets new ones. All the benefit of hotel stay is gone. No room service either and breakfast stops at 9:30am.

Miss. Brittany This policy is in place for the safety of our housekeeping department & is not new. A lot of properties switch to this policy after Covid 19. But this has been a rule since our open date almost 5 years ago. I have personally cleaned your room as the GM when housekeeping has early out days. We always go above & beyond as you have stayed with us often recently granting all extra request such as extra towels, pillows & even an extra office chair. Early check-ins & late checkouts.
