Regarding the size of our rooms we precise them on our website and for the storage, each room has its wardrobe but if you have too many suitcases, we can keep the empty ones in our luggage room to give you more space in the room.Next time, feel free to ask us, we will be pleased to help you.

We thank you for your feedback but we feel concerned about your comment on our staff members and on the food. All our staff at the Reception and the Bar speaks English. We hired an extra barman in February and in the beginning of March because the activity came to a peak. Since Covid, it is quite hard to find staff. We though this barman would be helpful, even if he does not speak English. He has always been ready to help and took care of our guests. Hiring him would avoid guests waiting at the bar. We made sure that he always worked with another person speaking English so that this person can translate or take orders when needed. We are sorry that your experience with our staff has been tarnished by your experience at the bar just because our barman did not speak English. We hope that you had a nice stay anyway and enjoyed our facilities. Concerning the food, we do not have a restaurant at the hotel. We always make our guests aware of it, writing this information on our website and in every confirmation of reservation we send. We have the menus of the restaurants located at 10 minutes walking distance or at 10 minutes by car or public transports, at our guests' disposal in the lobby. The reception team can help you to book a table. If you do not want to go out in the evening, we also have snacks available at the bar. We were glad to welcome you at the hotel and hope to see you again soon.

The old fashion style is part of the hotel atmosphere, the hotel is an authentic mountain chalet with wood on the wall, fireplace in the lobby...we want our guests to feel at home. Our location, 8 kms from Chamonix city center and at 10 minutes walking distance from Argentiere's center, gives our guests the opportunity to enjoy peacefullness and unwind as soon as they push our entrance door. Dear Fabian, We thank you for your feedback. Indeed, the hotel is 8 km away from Chamonix, this is one of the reason why it is so quiet and peaceful. Chamonix is only 10 minutes away by car, or 15-20min away by public transports which run every 30 minutes during the day. Regarding the pictures, we try to reflect the reality as much as possible and apology if you have been disappointed with your room. You should have told us after you checked-in, we would have tried to find a room that met your expectations. But the most important is that you appreciated your stay at the hotel and we are pleased to read that it is the case.

Dear James, We equipped the hotel with mattresses which convert easily from twin beds to a double bed to comply with the increasing demand for twin beds. But some of our rooms still have large mattresses. You are more than welcome to precise that you would prefer to get one of those for your next stay, we would be happy to fulfil your request.
