The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! "We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. We celebrated our daughter's college graduation and the accommodations could not have been better. Beautifully decorated with nice updates (great bedding etc.) and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. If you have a boat, this would be the perfect place as it has a great dock. "This cottage is a hidden gem among the typical looming new structures on the island. Morning coffee (bring your own or get some at the nearby Harris Teeter store) was lovely at the front deck cafe table or in the screened porch. The beach is a very short 2 block walk. Although we ate out for all our meals, the kitchen was well stocked with baking, cooking, and grilling necessities. There are so many things to do and see in the Charleston area that we spent very little time here, but it was just...
