Poor communication. I couldn't make the trip due to a last minute health issue. I missed the first night check in. I called the desk and managed to get the manager who agreed that I could pay for my first night and she'd refund the remaining 3 nights. She said she needed Expedia to call her to process things. I got a hold of Expedia and they agreed to call her. It took Expedia 4 days to reach the manager, who then told them there'd be no refund. As a result, I'll forever be avoiding this hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The building is in need of updating: Wi-Fi did not work, too much light in the room at night (due to large gaps around the door and light from hallway), construction outside started early Thur am.
